Villa Maria, a fairy tale house in Alsace

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Cozy apartment in Alsace

The motto for our farm is "slow down." We, that is Andrea and Tom, have realized the dream of "living with the animals" in beautiful Alsace. We have our ponies Coquine and Cerise, our cats Milow and Söckchen, our two dogs Maya and Lotte, as well as our flock of chickens with the rooster Fritz. In summer, "our" swallows delight us with their chirping. Here you can experience nature and regional culture at any time of year. In no time, you switch over to relaxation.

The workshop

Located in a small Alsatian village at an altitude of 350 m, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park. Independent accommodation is located in a renovated old farmhouse. It includes a terrace, kitchen, living room with a bed (single bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), and a bedroom containing (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Wi-Fi access. Beautiful family barn, loft style for 6 people.

Come and stay in our old barn, completely renovated! All the comforts of a contemporary loft with the charm of the old thanks to the exposed beams and original bricks. Great for a stay with family or friends because each bedroom has its own bathroom! A covered outdoor terrace offers a real extension of the living space on the 1st floor. This property has been almost entirely furnished with local salvage, second-life or eco-friendly new materials.

Nap corner: suite in the heart of nature

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

Quiet and bright apartment.

Keep it simple at this peaceful place, a 5-minute walk to the city center and its beautiful ramparts. The apartment is bathed in light throughout the day. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area and a large living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, separate toilet and bedroom. The Banks of Compostela - A

In the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park, the cottage (former barn) is part of an 18th century farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The 45 m² duplex has a 22 m² private terrace with views of the vineyards and orchards. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) and garage (parking for electric car). Non-smoking accommodation.

Quiet studio in green setting

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissembourg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility of cooking (two plates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a mini oven, a microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...

The accommodation offers private access, it includes: an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room. Bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. A bedroom with a 160/200 bed with dressing room, bed linen provided. And separate restrooms. A washing machine is available (for a fee).
