Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent out my 34 sqm 1.5 room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows for short distances to culture, sights, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, at the Saalestrand and in the Paradies-Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the nearby construction site. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our small apartment of 30 square meters has everything you need. Well connected and close to the city center. Newly renovated and modernly furnished. In the middle of the traditional district of Wenigenjena. A crib and parking are available on request. Close to local transport and shopping. The most freaky accomodation in Jena. Wooden cottage on steep slope and fantastic view over the city. The highlight is a heatable bathing tub on a big wooden terrace !!! Simple, but cozy accomodation surrounded by gardens and nature. About 30 minutes walking distance to city center. Most suitable for single travellers, groups of two friends and couples.
