Great location, big and cozy house.

Great layout of the house for two families of four, a large equipped kitchen connected to the living room-ideal for an evening common program, plenty of storage space, plenty of bathrooms and toilets, perfect parking. Andreas and Patricia are great hosts, we got all the instructions on time and functional, very nice communication. We'd love to come back.

The place was just what we needed, a peaceful and cosy oasis with several ski slopes options within an hour reach. We really enjoyed staying in this house, so sad it came to an end. Above all, Petra is a great and warm host! Thank you!

Lovely, quiet chalet in a tranquil environment, set among beautiful countryside with views to match. Lots of different walks and hikes nearby and local villages within 15 mins drive, should you require them. They also provide breakfast and a home cooked meal service for the times you don't want to prepare anything. The chalet has a very nice sauna and huge ensuite bathrooms in the main bedrooms. Katharina and Andreas are the nicest, most helpful hosts you'll ever meet! I feel so relaxed after the stay. Would definitely stay again and I imagine this would be brilliant in the winter, too!

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

This apartment was the highlight on our trip through D, I and AU: spacious, top luxury equipment and in an unbeatable location. The view on the surrounding mountains is breathtaking and the peace and quiet extra ordinary, yet only a few miles to the next town. An outstanding place

Absolute recommendation! The area of Maria's place is like paradise. The view, the tranquility, simply fabulous. The place is really nice and there was nothing we missed. Maria's hospitality is particularly noteworthy. She made us feel at home. At any time, she gave personal tips on hikes and local events. One could list much more here, but unfortunately the characters are not enough. The fresh hay milk and eggs directly from their own cow and chickens were also special. It was really wonderful! Thank you! ☺️

Thanks to Steffi for her super kind hosting, in this cottage, family atmosphere, charming and clean! Located less than 10 minutes from Schladming, we were able to get there very easily to ski every day. The 5 of us slept very comfortably. Steffi is very responsive, super welcoming and gave us good recommendations.

Beautiful accommodation and location!

WOW!!!! If you were to stay in Hallstatt, this is the place! On the water, beautifully appointed and beyond perfect. Our host Christina was always responsive and the place was immaculate, we can’t thank her enough for the information and the absolute perfection of our stay.

We stayed here two nights and had a great experience! Used our "Sommercard" to get a free ride on the Rittisberg gondola cable car one day and hiked up to the Austria Hut (and beyond) on another day. The sauna was fabulous and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen. It was also convenient to use the Sommercard for free rides on the bus and the bus stop is so close! Would definitely recommend and come again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly cozy and stylish—exactly as described, if not better. It had everything we needed and felt like a true home away from home. The attention to detail in the decor made it extra special, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making the space welcoming. Manuela’s place is absolutely gorgeous—quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, down to the smallest details. The home is clean and very well maintained. Located just an hour’s drive from Hallstatt, it’s also close to several ski resorts, making it a great spot for both relaxation and adventure. Manuela and her husband are incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is idyllically located in a top condition and has a beautiful balcony overlooking the Traunstein. It is about 45 minutes on foot to the nearest town and about 20 minutes to the nearest swimming area. If you want to be flexible, a car is recommended or for sporty people bicycles or e-bikes. In the apartment you can relax well, enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility and relax well. Your hostess is very sweet and relaxed and can give you good tips for activities. The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

We were in Bad Hofgastein over the weekend with the family (partner, child and parents) and enjoyed our stay at Andreas' place very much. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Check-in and check-out were completely straightforward, Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful. A small minus point was that it was quite cool in the house. The water in the shower also took a long time to warm up and switching from the rain shower to the hand shower was hardly possible. Nevertheless, we liked the apartment very much overall and we can absolutely recommend the place, especially because of the great location, cleanliness and the nice hostess. Thanks for having us. 🥰

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the accommodation/area. Everything is very lovingly furnished. A highlight is the large balcony with great views of the mountains. Communication with the hosts went smoothly and leaves nothing to be desired. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We absolutely enjoyed the apartment with our two children (2 and 5). It is absolutely clean, child-friendly, and really has everything you could need. Especially the connection to the Falkensteiner Cristallo was great for us - there we could use the pools and children's pools and the children's program. Just perfect for families We definitely want to come back.
