One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Perfect location, pristine clean, and very well furnished. Responsive and friendly host too. If I visit Crete again, I'm going to try and stay here.

My boyfriend and I spent five nights here for my 22nd birthday and it did not disappoint. The photos on here do not do the place justice and the local area is just the right amount of quiet busy also with an abundance of restaurants and bars. We didn’t get a hire car as we managed with the local buses as they are so much cheaper and we were able to get to beaches such as Saridari and Paralia Psaromoura, which we would recommend. We also would highly recommend a boat tour to Dia island if you are able too. Restaurant wise in Gournes we cannot recommend Nami Restaurant enough and it is a must! The beach opposite is a lovely shallow beach but we aware it can be quite windy hence why we explored other beaches - would advise if u go to these beaches you leave early (especially if u want a sun lounger)! A truly fantastic place to stay. Exceptionally well stocked apartment with absolutely everything you would need for a long or short stay. Close to lots of restaurants, but well stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook. Beautiful terrace for dining, both undercover and outside. Host Viky is charming and friendly and could not be more helpful. We hope to return another time.

A good base for excursions in the east of the island. We were welcomed with homemade oil and rhaki and Easter bread. A very nice gesture. For us, it was a relaxing time, everything fit.

We spent 5 days in Cora's beautiful accommodation and can recommend it 100%. Everything looks exactly like the photos, very tasteful, clean and cozy. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the valley, right behind the house the hike through the Kritsa gorge begins and the village itself is charming and has all sorts of things (arts and crafts) to offer. During our stay, we had two concerns that we turned to Cora. She was immediately available, super friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We loved the central location of this Airbnb and the sea view. The front porch was delightful! Agios Nikolaos was a great place to relax in for a few days after a whirlwind cruise through 9 other islands. We were able to settle in and explore the town. It’s not as touristy as many other islands we saw, and we liked that! Felt like locals by the time we left. Just what we were looking for. We had a small rental car, stick shift, and found the hilly street parking slightly challenging, but we figured it out. Took a lovely drive to a Elounda, stunning views. Owner was very responsive to our occasional questions.

Very well located apartment, clean on arrival, some fruit and something to eat, very appreciable, thank you, I recommend it.

We had a really great time in Lygaria! The Arrival was easy and we met Nikos and his wife, they were very friendly and helpful! Nikos always replied very quick and also gave some recommendations for restaurants and taverns (we really liked Sirocco and Anatoli!) The appartment was clean, felt modern and cozy. The outside section next to it was really nice to hang out at in the evenings and the whirlpool was a big bonus, we loved it! We also had deck chairs for our use at the front of the building - from which you are able to get to the beach in just a few footsteps! All in all we were really happy to have booked this airbnb and would recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic location! The apartment is compact, modern and has all that you need. While other guests noted the noise of nighttime activity in nearby clubs & restaurants as being annoying, this did not worry us and is minimal due to double glazed windows. Close-by vehicle parking is difficult, however there are numerous car parks for 4-5€ p/day which we used for our stay. There were some basic maintenance aspects that needed attending to - ie shower drain backed up and began flooding around the toilet; and fridge freezer was completely iced up - we opted to fix both aspects. We have brought these to the attention of the host. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, with tons of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. There was so much going on in the area, and the lively atmosphere made it really fun to explore. One of our favorite parts was the hot tub on the balcony. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The homemade wine was a really nice touch and absolutely delicious. We’d definitely come back.

I’ve stayed here before and always come back! The location is central, but when you close the balcony door, you can’t hear any noise from the main street. Dani welcomed us very warmly and is an amazing host.

Beautiful apartment, modernly decorated. with a great view from both the bedroom and living room. The mornings are amazing - when the curtains are opened, the sun pours into the bedroom and shows the landscape to the nearby mountains. The pool is conducive to relaxation. The kitchen is a little small for cooking, but for cooking breakfasts and simple dishes just right. the apartment is perfect for a couple. It's good to have a car so you can make the most of the nearby area full of charming beaches. The host is very kind, open, and helpful, and importantly, most of the time:) I highly recommend

I can only say, if you want a warm welcome and comfort and quiet in the middle of the busy activity of Chersonissou… this is the place. I read a review about the bathroom.. yes, if you are expecting a large hotel bathroom it is small but it is Greece on an Island… everything in the space was perfect. We loved every thing and his parents were like second family and made us feel so welcomed. I can not say enough❤️

Magdalena and Vasilis are very helpful and have supported us in every matter. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and as shown in the pictures. We felt very comfortable.

Although we booked for 3 people and it was only prepared for 2, the host was very quick and helpful in solving the problem! Very good room and conditions :)

Awesome place - Jacuzzi helps! Bed is nice and comfy, aircon works nicely and cooker and fridge is nice. It’s down the road from town a bus ride away. Toilet and shower is wetroom is nice. You have a great view of beach from the north side balcony and nice moon lit view of from the south side (whilst in the jacuzzi). It’s a good place to get transport links from the city (buses are all over the place). Stelios was very responsive and helpful with recommendations With restaurants and places to find a drink. Deffo would come back 10/10 🇬🇧🇬🇷

We had an amazing time at Katerina's place. Katerina was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive, always eager to help and share some recommendations. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and pleasant to relax at. Katerina's place is only a few minutes away from nice beaches and a town called Agios Nikolaos where you can find a lot of good restaurants and shops. The area is very calm, but would definitely recommend having a car - there are not a lot of places in a walkable distance. Overall we had a great time and were sad to leave. We hope to come back one day.

I booked this stay as a special trip for my mom and me, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space gave us such peace of mind, calm, cozy, and just what we needed to relax. One of the kindest touches was the host thoughtfully providing us with some groceries to welcome us, such a generous and appreciated gesture! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the bathroom: a lovely shower and a bathtub that can turn into a jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding (just be a little mindful when draining the water). The location is also ideal: just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the old town/city center, which made it easy to explore while still enjoying a quiet retreat. Truly a beautiful stay with a warm and welcoming host. Highly recommended, we’d love to come back! 💛

Great place, as described and clean.

This is absolutely the best airbnb any of us had ever been to! The place was absolutely spotless and looked better than the pictures - it was so so lovely to have the private garden area which is something most other airbnb’s in the area don’t have. Evangelia was so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much to ask - she even woke up at 4am to say goodbye before our flight! Overall we have the best time and I would recommend it to anyone who is staying in the area, Thank you so much for such a lovely time Evangelia!!

We loved our stay here, the balcony was truly as good as it looks! We thoroughly enjoyed movie nights in the hot tub every evening. The host very kindly prepared us some watermelon slices on our final night, a great end to our stay! We would highly recommend!
