Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Schenkenzell

We were looking for a little break from everyday life and found it here. A beautiful little house, great fireplace, cozy sauna, very appealing decor, very nice garden and the highlight that our dog was warmly welcomed. We will be back. 😊

We had a very relaxing 4-day vacation in Cloud 7 - and it was everything we hoped for. Perfect accommodation, welcoming hosts and a quiet and peaceful environment. 5 well-deserved stars for Daniel and Martin!

We were very satisfied with Mr. Hartmut and the accommodation. Was our 1st time at an AirBnB and a lovely experience. Mr. Hartmut apparently has not received such good reviews for nothing. He always seemed very straightforward and friendly. Makes it all very transparent and fair. In our 4 days and 3 nights we felt comfortable and can't complain about the price, cleanliness and performance at all. Just great, no lie. Thanks again for a nice time.

We just spent 3 days at Lilia's and no complaints. 20 minutes' drive to Europapark...the best. Quiet...well arranged and Lilia is available if needed

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very cozy and well equipped – nothing was really missing. We were there with several people and a toddler and we all felt very comfortable. The hostess and her husband were very accommodating and friendly, you felt welcome right away. Everything was clean and lovingly prepared. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

Claudia's house is a gem - a mix of style icons, museum and antique shop. Those who are prone to too many impressions per square meter will not feel comfortable. Everyone else will be very excited. Big pluses: the well-equipped kitchen, the sociable guest and pub room as well as the garden with diverse barbecue facilities - and if necessary - an outdoor kitchen. We felt very comfortable.

we had a wonderful stay at this property. In addition to being very beautiful, I have rarely seen a vacation home so well equipped, whether in the kitchen, facilities, exterior, etc. Special mention also to the comfort and fenced garden for when you travel with a 4-legged companion. We also appreciated the environmental efforts put in place in the accommodation. As for the location, thanks to the advice of the owners, you will be spoiled for choice between walks, terroirs and culture.

The accommodation was extremely quiet in a beautiful location with very good excursion opportunities. Very clean and very well equipped, also really nicely designed. Nice contact - a minor damage we had caused we were able to resolve quickly and easily after departure.

Stayed here with 2 kids. Beautiful flat, amazing views over the lake and an ideal location just a short walk into the town and from the train station. The main bed was SO comfy, heating was very quick to kick in and cosy. Kitchen well equipped. Thank you.

Great place They have considered everything to make you feel at home. They even had lots of toys and games our 3 year old could play with and kept him busy and happy. Heidi took him to her garden as well to pluck fresh greens and strawberries. Beautiful memories Beautiful people Must visit

Lovely and well-thought out apartment. Perfect for couples or digital nomads. Benjamin put great thought and detail into the space, which had everything we needed--even hot water bottles, blankets, and chargers. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and walkable, and we enjoyed the local restaurants and live music. The apartment had lots of windows, a comfortable bed, and plenty of dish-ware and cutlery to cook. Benjamin is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, and the space was clean and well-furnished. Would recommend to anyone, and am hoping to one day return!

The property is highly recommended. Freudenstadt (the nearest town) is easily accessible on foot or by bus. Due to the tourist tax, it is definitely worth using the public transport. (Stop right by the house). Freudenstadt offers great restaurants, a huge market square, some museums and all sorts of shops for strolling. For all nature lovers, you can either start immediately from the accommodation or explore the All Saints Waterfalls, for example, by car. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. Even a wood-burning stove for the cold days is available. Sara and Tassilo are very nice hosts and definitely worth a (or more) visit! For us, a very clear recommendation :)

We felt very comfortable with Andrea and her family! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and description, and nothing was missing from the amenities. The views are definitely unique, as is the surrounding area. Our stay with Andrea was not only uncomplicated, but also very familiar and warm. We will definitely be back!

In Ulf's lovingly restored, extremely spacious and tasteful accommodation, I immediately felt extremely comfortable! Great kitchen, balcony/patio and a wonderful bedroom where I slept wonderfully! A very clear 5-star recommendation!

We were very warmly welcomed and guided directly through the rooms, which immediately gave us a good feeling. The accommodation was fully equipped – we especially liked the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. It really had everything you need. The outdoor area is a real highlight: the garden is very well maintained, invites you to relax and offers a fantastic view. Overall, the Airbnb is located in a quiet residential area, which is very pleasant – but you should also be careful not to be too loud yourself. The fitness equipment is a nice extra and perfectly sufficient for a small workout – but it could be oiled again :) Overall, we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend the place! Everything was right here.

The place was very nice, as described, we had many options, kicker, billiards, the large pool, hot tub, a large meadow, table tennis, etc. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken, which was a bit annoying. Eve wanted to solve the problem, was very communicative, but unfortunately it didn't work. A little too little toilet paper and hardly any towels to dry yourself with were available. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place. The long weekend was very nice!

The place was just as pictured: modern, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We were on site professionally for a few workshop days and felt completely comfortable. The peaceful surroundings and the stylish ambiance have created an inspiring atmosphere in which creative work was wonderfully possible. Saartje is a great host. Very warm, quickly accessible and always helpful. All our questions were answered immediately, and a later check-out was also completely uncomplicated by prior arrangement. We were 100% satisfied and can recommend the accommodation without reservation, both for professional stays and for private breaks.

The stay in the house was really great. The house offers all the amenities you need and what was indicated. All rooms were very clean and well maintained. Bathroom and toilet were also impeccable. Only the trash cans and one or two kitchen utensils were not completely clean on arrival. But that didn't disturb the atmosphere in the sweet house in any way. Patrice even kindly brought us toilet paper, as it was scarce at the beginning. She was always reachable and responsive. The garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing outside and being directly in nature. The surroundings are beautiful and ideal for hikers. Strasbourg is also easily accessible by car and always worth a visit.

We enjoyed the weekend in Lenzkirch very much! The house is fantastic and has everything you could want - kitchen, sauna, fire pits, hot tub... just wonderful! Frank is very friendly, very easily accessible and helpful. Thank you for the great weekend, we will be happy to come back :)

The place is an absolute feel-good place! The entire process from booking to the stay itself was easy and hassle-free, and the host was always available. Even with the equipment, there is nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend it, would be happy to come back.

We were with 5 people in the apartment of Boris. In the middle of Kayserberg, but still easily accessible by car, in an old house with modern equipment, everything worked well, it was quiet and everything within walking distance. Top recommended.
