- Eva is a great host - the house corresponds to the listing and definitely lives up to the pictures - great, quiet environment - great furnishings & equipment (kitchen, TV, bedding, towels, sauna ...) - great, easy and fast communication - only, small deduction: Internet access not possible

A wonderful house with veranda and seating, located right on the lakeshore with a swing; all around trees, reeds, birds, view of the water, access to the lake. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite the rainy weather, I found the surroundings and the view of the lake extremely attractive, I felt very comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I'd love to come back!

The house is ideal for 2-3 people and is located on a quiet street. From the terrace, you have a beautiful wide view of meadows and trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. It is great that there are toiletry and care products as well as cleaning products in sufficient quantity and even a "minibar" is offered if you arrive later or have forgotten something. The carport offers so much space that you can also park bicycles. A great base to explore Ravensburg, Bald Waldsee, Bad Wurzach, etc. Communication with Manuel was flawless and super fast. We will be happy to come back.

We immediately felt at home in the historic farmhouse. It has a great flair, lots of wood and above all lots of space. If I were looking for a place for a Christmas with three or four other families - I would book this house right away. Each unit has a bathroom and kitchen, there is a lot to discover and for the children it is a huge indoor playground. The hostess was very caring and regularly let us share her culinary achievements and carved a pumpkin with our children for Halloween. The house is completely centrally located in the Allgäu, so everything in the Allgäu can be reached within one driving hour. We became fans within a week - of Allgäu and this great house. All the best!

Very nice cottage with garden, between slightly modern and old school. Beautiful nature, etc., we haven't been so relaxed in a long time, even the dog was relaxed. Bonus was the little stream that goes through the garden, especially nice for falling asleep. Highly recommended👌👍👍

We spent two weeks there with our 7-month-old dog and were very satisfied. Super nice apartment with fantastic pool and large garden (shared with the owners and other residents), where you can relax. Good location for hiking in the area and excursions to Austria, Liechtenstein or even Bavaria. The hosts are helpful and available if you need to know something. All in all highly recommended 🙏🏻

Highly recommended! Spic and span, tidy, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the mountains. Nearby are restaurants, shopping and by car you can quickly reach great destinations. For our one-year-old daughter, a bed and high chair were provided and also for our dog, baskets and bowls were provided. Very, very fast communication, easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the property (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the surroundings for hiking and cycling.

The apartment is in a great location, corresponds exactly to the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the adjacent hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to share the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he refunded us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable! Everything was clean. The apartment was as described and clean! The view from the balcony is beautiful! We had the swimming pool to ourselves. The region has a lot to offer businesses. (We were traveling by car.) We will be happy to come back. :)

I was with a friend and my dog in Valdenia's apartment. It's fantastic. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and very clean and personally furnished. The garden is huge and a dream. Well maintained and Mediterranean. We felt very comfortable. The small gestures like fresh eggs and a dog bed are very thoughtful. It is completely consistent. Thank you.

We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price – very convenient! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden could be used completely, including toys for the little ones – a great extra! Overall, a completely successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment with the beautiful garden is highly recommended! You are greeted by the horses and everything is very lovingly designed. There is something blooming everywhere and there is plenty to see. With a dog, it was perfect - enough meadow and walking opportunities right outside the door. Short distances for errands (10 minutes) and for larger purchases (20 minutes). There are fresh flowers in the room and everything is very nicely decorated. The contact was friendly and the two are available to help and advise. We would definitely come back!

The little cottage was perfect for our short stay. We really felt like we were in paradise! Everything we needed was available, the reception was very warm and uncomplicated, our requests were always responded to promptly. The house is a real treasure trove, lovingly furnished and decorated and simply wonderfully located. The hosts are uncomplicated, quick to respond and very friendly! Highly recommended!

The apartment is very nicely decorated, with a lot of love for detail and invites you to linger. The farm is well located and offers many possibilities for activities. The pizzeria on the premises is also highly recommended. We had a really nice stay and would come back any time.

Before saying anything, the host is the most kind person you’ll ever meet. Her kindness and cooperation is at another level. The property is just amazing, exactly as described, but the beauty of the breathtaking view cannot be described, you have to see it in person. The property is super clean, rooms and beds are very comfortable, pillows felt like sleeping on clouds, kitchen has everything you may need, toilet is big and has everything. It’s worth every penny, don’t miss the property if you find it available. I’ll definitely visit it again whenever I’m around it. 5 star property and 10 stars host

We fehlt comfortable the moment we walked in. This little wooden unit in the Garden is a little gem. The access is easy, and you have total privacy. Your car is safely parked off the street, and under cover. The location is in a quiet street, and within 5 minutes you’re in the town center, or in nearby shops. The sauna in the spacious bathroom is brilliant, and came in hand while we had a couple of rainy days. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We booked 5 nights, and can really recommend it. If it wouldn’t be so far away from our home, I think we’d stay a few times during the year. Susie and Erwin Perth, Western Australia.

Johanna was very communicative and friendly. She helped us check in and explained everything to us. Place was very clean and just like in the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view was fantastically beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place.
