Wir betreiben eine Biolandwirtschaft mit Hühnern, Bienen und Freilandschweinen und kleiner Schafzucht.

Mit viel Liebe haben wir die Wohnung zum Vermieten hergerichtet und hoffen, dass sich unsere Gäste sehr wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Süden von Rosenheim mit einer guten Busanbindung zum Bahnhof oder schnell mit dem Auto auf die Autobahn. Rosenheim hat einen wunderschönen Stadtkern und man ist auch sofort in den Bergen und an den umliegenden Seen, und kann die traumhafte Natur genießen.

Hallo liebe Reisende, wir wohnen hier mitten im Wald, der See liegt ein paar Meter vor der Haustür und das im Herzen Bayerns ! Wir wohnen schlicht aber schön und genießen jeden Tag das Gefühl, an einem ganz besonderen Ort leben zu dürfen. Ein Auto/Fahrrad ist hier jedoch von Vorteil, da wir nicht ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz abgebunden sind, nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2km entfernt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Doris' schöner Wohnung. Super sauber, geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir wurden von Doris herzlich empfangen und sie zeigte uns alles. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in der Garage abstellen und das Auto in der Tiefgarage. Wir hatten klasse Wetter und konnten die schöne Terrasse mit Garten nutzen. Die Lage war für längere Radtouren ins Chiemgau, in die Wendelsteinregion und ins Mangfallgebirge ideal. Außerdem ist ein Schwimmbad gleich um die Ecke, es gibt super Badestellen in der Mangfall sowie Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten nicht eine Sekunde das Gefühl, uns fehlt es an irgendetwas. Super Empfehlung, gerade für einen längeren erholsamen Urlaub! Dankeschön, Doris 😊

Tolles Mobile Home mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sehr empehlenswert. Wir waren zu viert da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der nächste Badeplatz ist etwa 2 km von der Hütte entfernt, weswegen wir die Strecke aufgrund unseres Gepäcks mit dem Auto zurück gelegt haben. Es stehen aber auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Das hat uns gefallen: - liebevoll eingerichtetes Mobil Home - aufmerksamer Gastgeber: u.a. Wasser im Kühlschrank, Beschattung aufgebaut + Klimagerät in der Hütte aktiviert - sehr sauber - Kleinkram, wie Spülmittel, -schwamm, Duschgel, etc. waren vorhanden - unkomplizierter Check in

Très bonne communication de la part de Gundram, les instructions pour accéder au logement étaient très claires et tout était conforme à la description. On est dans le centre ville en 10min à pieds et l’appartement est très bien équipé. Peut être mieux pour 2 personnes, le canapé lit n’étant que très peu confortable.

Finding the place was super easy and checking in was even easier. 2-3 steps and you are inside. No waiting, no calling, no lost time. the apartment is very spacious and well organized. It has everything needed, literally. All areas are sparkling clean. It has a very pleasant terrace where you can sip a cup of coffee. The coffee is on the house. We enjoyet every moment of our short stay at the apartment!

Ich war fast 5 Wochen in der Wohnung bei Christian und habe mich rundherum wohl gefühlt. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Top Waschmaschine und Induktionsherd , gute Matratzen und der Ausblick ist toll. Christian war trotz Urlaubs immer ansprechbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert. Wirklich sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Lage ist am Rande von Bad Aibling. Perfekt für Spaziergänge und Radtouren. Nur paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Fluss Mangfall, von wo man die Berge sehen kann.Einkaufszentrum und Bahnhof zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne 😁
