The house is located in the country-side, only 25 km south of Munich, close to Lake Starnberg (8to10km), the Octoberfest, the river "Isar" and only a 30 minutes drive to the beautiful mountains. A little "country side" park surrounds the house, which we share with chickens and ducks. (Your kids will love them). -It is the perfect family place (up to 6/ may be 8 people) - for going to Munich, the alpes and lakes. - also very cosy if you are looking for a very romantic place of two .

Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

Wohnung Baierbrunn (2 Pers)

Einliegerwohnung für 2 Personen. Im Grünen mit Terrasse und dennoch stadtnah. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für München und sein südliches Umland. Mit der S-Bahn (10 min Fußweg) sind Sie in ca. 30 min im Zentrum. Der Dielenbereich wird gemeinsam mit dem Vermieter genutzt. Preis gilt für eine Person (+ 20€ für zweite Person/Nacht)
