We had a wonderful family time at Parker’s cabin. Has everything you may need to enjoy your time in the secluded woods of NC. Very private but with all the amenities you may need. Internet was good and the place very comfortable. It was quite rainy during our stay but we had no issues staying in and enjoying the hot tub from time to time. Would fully recommend this place to any one. Thank you Parker!

Little Woodchuck was the perfect getaway. The cabin is beautiful, extremely clean, and feels tucked away in its own private little corner of the woods. Everything about it felt calm and peaceful from the moment we arrived. The hot tub was a highlight it was so relaxing and peaceful. We also loved the big deck and spent a lot of time just enjoying the quiet and fresh air. Inside, everything was comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was modern and clean, and the whole space just felt really well cared for.

Working with Tiffany was very easy. Helpful, quick responses, easy to work with. Cabin was beautiful, like the view. Arcade game, fooseball table, sauna, all the amenities, etc. Would book again the next time I am in that area. Thanks Tiffany for ALL you did to make us feel comfortable.

DON’T miss your chance to experience the magic of the River Love barn. Kangee’s EXCEPTIONAL hospitality throughout our time in her home set the tone for the entirety of our stay. Her attentiveness & genuine warmth made us feel right at home. The beauty of this property is truly beyond words. While the photos online are stunning, they don’t fully capture the enchanting atmosphere that envelops you as soon as you step onto the grounds. Our favorite spots were the clawfoot tub, perfectly nestled in a private, serene area of the property & the outdoor hammock within the screened in back deck. Kangee truly brought the outside in with her thoughtful design. Even on a rainy day- the sky lights during a storm that had passed through was such a reminder of the cozy atmosphere that permeates the barn. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful getaway or a relaxing family trip, the River Love Barn is a hidden gem that I cannot recommend enough. We left feeling refreshed & inspired, with hearts full.

Our stay at Little Bear Creek was delightful ! The house was immaculate with so many surprises- a basket with s’mores supplies, extra chips, lots of spices, extra beach towels, picnic blanket and cooler, shampoos and conditioners, lots of games for kids and adults and even the cloth tablecloths was a nice touch!! My grandchildren loved the creek area-especially the tree phone! The beds were comfortable and the addition of multiple charging ports in each room was very helpful. Patti was quick to respond to my messages. We thoroughly enjoyed being there! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our annual mountain trip with our grandchildren!!

Evan’s place is a gem. It is beautifully furnished and everything I needed was there. It’s located very close to Main Street Clayton where there are many great restaurants, shops, etc. I will definitely be back!

One of the best places we’ve stayed! The view was stunning! Casey was so easy to get a hold of at anytime during the whole booking process to check in and while we were there. Places was super clean and the dogs loved the front porch 🐶🐾 Beds were super comfortable and the shower pressure was even great! (Wykyk 😉). It was easy to get to Bryson City and there were lots of hiking trails and places to throw the dogs in the river which they loved! Thank u so much! We very much enjoyed our stay 🥰

Ren's Nest was an incredible destination for our sisters' trip to celebrate Friday the 13th! No wi-fi, and hit-or-miss cell service was honestly quite refreshing for the both of us. The fire pit was well-used during our stay there, and the surroundings were incredibly private and peaceful. Overall, it was an absolutely magical time. I would 100% consider staying here again the next time we return to Lakemont!

Stunning views! If you are wanting to get away and just relax this is an amazing option while still being close to Bryson City where all the white water rafting is. Very peaceful and wonderful home! Main bed was very comfortable, great kitchen for cooking and our dogs enjoyed it as well. Would definitely come back.

We’ve stayed at this cabin several times, and as in the past, the location is great, it’s very clean and has a comfortable bed. There are quite a few stairs to climb to go in the door but there is a light switch at the bottom of the stairs to make it well lit. We love the location which is very close to Clayton with its great restaurants, and also close to fishing areas and hiking. We love this place!

My husband and I stayed at Joshua's place for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was absolutely ideal. Peaceful, private cabin with a fantastic outdoor porch/fire pit area nestled in the mountain. Highly recommend for a nature getaway!

Wonderful time in this home, tons of space and close to everything downtown. Lovely location with a peaceful dock to sit out for coffee. Home was comfortable and everything was as described. Thanks again!

If you need a place to get away from the traffic and everyday obligation of work and just need a peaceful reset, this is the place. From the beautiful scenery surrounding you and the sound of the river below, you can feel the stress melt away. The cabin was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Catherine is a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely book again when we need to recharge and plan on trying to book in the fall because this place has to look amazing when the leaves start changing colors. Thanks again Catherine for a wonderful place and can’t wait to come see you and this wonderful place again.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very quiet and peaceful there. The view was breathtaking. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. The swing and rocking chairs made it relaxing. This was a quick getaway to celebrate a birthday. Franklin has really neat antique shops. We really enjoyed the Tartan museum and store.

Staying at Jennifer’s mountain retreat was truly a magical experience. From the moment we booked, Jennifer was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and convenient. The cabin itself was mesmerizing..honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Every detail of the space felt mindfully designed, and the peaceful mountain views were exactly what we were hoping for. We especially loved the little touches like the hummingbirds visiting the feeder, the incredibly cozy fireplace on the deck, and the charming bee-themed decor. The bed was super comfortable, the linens were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calming and rejuvenating. This place is a true sanctuary in nature, and I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you, Jennifer, for creating such a beautiful and memorable space! PS: Your honey is incredibly delicious. A must buy!

We had a great stay at Melissa’s cabin. Beautiful Mountain View! Done well: The home was clean, welcoming, & well stocked. Comfortable beds. Clear instructions. Host is quick to respond. THE PORCH 😍 Possible improvements: lighting in showers. It’s pretty dark. There is a motion sensor light in the shower that you have to wave at a few times. Not a huge deal for us. Bedding has overpowering smell of laundry detergent/softener. Probably not a problem for most people but strong fragrances give a few members of my family headaches. BUT they were nice & clean beds. Things to consider: The driveway is steep (about a 13% grade) We were in our Ford F-350 Dually so it probably felt a bit tighter but was still manageable & probably no big deal if you are used to driving in the mountains. Overall- We loved the place & would definitely stay again ❤️

Heather’s place was a great retreat! The cabin was well appointed with interesting decor and a comfortable bed. She had everything one needs for a restful stay from the snacks in the cupboard to the drinks in the fridge. The shower had good water pressure with hot water. Plenty of clean, soft towels were set out ready for you. The landscape had to be my favorite! She takes great pride in offering a variety of flowering plants in the front garden. The moss garden was my favorite! It reminded me of my childhood and playing in the woods. The moss was always my carpet in my fairy home.😁 There are lots of seating outside to accommodate your nature soaking. It rained when we were there and so we did not use the fire chimney but it was a nice feature given the right time. We definitely be back to the Locust Log Cabin whenever we want a quick getaway. This cabin is a great escape from the everyday. It is well-maintained, with a fully appointed kitchen allowing for any meals to be easily prepared. Furnishings are very comfortable, and the workspace is probably the best of any I have seen. But the real attraction here is the location. Nestled beside a gorgeous river, you can't help but be drawn onto the deck all the time. It is a magical space and one that is hard to leave.

We had an exceptional stay at The Nest in Franklin. The cabin was gorgeous and very comfortable. Loved the uncluttered decor. The covered decks and view…amazing. Ian and Caroline were easy to contact and responded promptly to questions. Also appreciated that check out did not involve a long list of chores before we left. We enjoyed the privacy and beautiful scenery of the cabin and our trips to area towns and attractions kept us busy. Also we scouted many streams and rivers for fishing fun. Hope to return and stay at The Nest again!

We loved our vacation on the lake in Tamassee! The location was perfect. We went on 2 beautiful hikes in nearby Nantahala National Forest (highly recommend) and spent lots of time on the beautiful lake jocassee and keowee. The house had everything we needed, was private and peaceful, and we saw lots of wildlife. Tom was very responsive, but we hardly needed to reach out because we had everything we needed.

Effortless process and wonderful experience. This place is exactly as as shown in the photos and even more quite and peaceful than expected. The house and the decor are so thoughtful and inviting we didn't want to leave. The screened porch and open deck extend the small but generous living spaces outside perfectly. The loft is a great retreat and with a great selection of games we made use of. We were (4) people and we had plenty of space for cooking, dining and relaxing. We will stay again and highly recommend!

If you want a magnificent setting--secluded, beautiful--you simply can't do better. We spent five nights here and happily would have spent many more. You cannot see another property from this house, which is tucked into the side of a mountain. The house itself is well-stocked and well-maintained. If this is the "kind" of place you're looking for (nature, quiet, beauty, but on the luxurious side too), you won't do better than this.
