With a capacity of 8 travelers, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of car racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from Boulerie Jump).

We are 10 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit, 15 minutes from Gare du Mans and 20 minutes from the city center.
