Better than expected. Small kitchen but we were eating out anyway.

We loved our stay at this condo for our girls trip! We had a hard time finding the right door and once we got in contact with Cameron he was very helpful and proactive to check that we made it to the right place and had no further issues. The room was perfect for us to hang out, cook meals, and have a great nights rest and just spend time together and the walk to the beach was quick and easy! Would definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved Casa Zoe. It was beautiful, extremely clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were pristine and the kitchen was well-equipped and appointed. We thought the place exceeded the photos and description. Host was responsive and provided extremely helpful information. Highly recommend this property!

This was our second stay. As a family of 4, Colleen’s place is perfect for us. Great space. 5 minute walk to the beach. Walkable to everything we need. We’ll be back!

A wonderful spot! Matthew's place was perfectly situated for our mini-vacation. Just a quick half-mile to bustling King Street, yet in a comfortable, quiet residential neighborhood. We traveled by foot most of our trip to explore downtown but wound up using a parking garage for French Quarter adventuring. The rental unit itself was more than enough for the three of us. Spacious, clean, and equipped with plenty of charm. It was comfortable right off the bat, kudos! No problems or issues to report during our stay. Even if there were, I'd have no problem getting a hold of Matt. He was quick and easy to communicate with and was attentive during our stay. I'd absolutely recommend his place for those looking for a great spot to explore downtown Charleston. Thanks Matt!

We stayed here for a quick girls trip and it was perfect for us. It was a good location and close to many areas of Charleston. The home was very clean and the host asked us if there was anything we needed after we checked in which we liked! Would definitely stay here again!

This place is pretty good. Communication with host was within mins and small issues were corrected within the hour. This is a basement apartment with a trail that leads from the front to the back of the house with a private door. There are a lot of bugs due to the lighting outside, but that GA for you. Overall not a bad place to stay at.

What a cool place! We had a great time looking around this beautiful historic home - side porch, beautiful entry, and comfortable accommodations! Walking distance to the Memorial Park and surrounding area, we had a great stay!

Our family had a fantastic time staying here for our daughter's graduation from CofC. The house was beautiful, clean and in an amazing location. I would recommend this house yo anyone staying in the Charleston area and would not hesitate to book this home again!

Siblings weekend was a huge success. We got together near our mother’s birthday, on the second anniversary of her death just to be together. We played games we walked or ran along the Greenway and ate at Midtown Tavern nearby. It was a great little neighborhood and close to everything we were doing. Billy, our host, was very attentive and helpful. A beautiful area and a sweet little neighborhood. We loved it!

Overall the stay at Derrick’s listing was wonderful. There were just a couple of things that arose while staying at the property. One was the coffee maker which did not work. Two days before Christmas, Derrick worked magic and was able to produce a brand new coffee pot which was waiting at the door when we arrived to the property. Additionally there was a small plumbing issue and Derrick immediately responded immediately to resolve the situation. He was kind and welcoming and we would definitely choose to stay at one of his properties in the future.

This was a perfect fit for our family’s Thanksgiving gathering. The two dinner tables were just what we needed! It is an immaculate, well-kept home stocked with all the comforts you need. Even nicer than the pictures, frankly. My 81-year-old mom and my wife are both Air BnB skeptics and both said this place made them rethink their preference for hotels — now that’s an achievement lol! Many thanks to Sherri for sharing her great beach getaway!

Just book it! Clean, cozy and comfy! I believe this is my sixth or seventh stay this school year and I’ll keep coming back as long as my son is at Southern!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host were always engaged and very responsive. The lake access and views were excellent. We will be back soon for an extended stay to see family and friends. Thank you for such a great experience.

Julie's cottage was peaceful and comfortable. We all enjoyed our time there. (Adults & teens) We had everything available to prepare our meals including a grill. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of app options on the TV, and puzzles and games for when it rains. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting in the future.

This was our groups 4th year in a row going to HHI and our favorite place we’ve stayed. Very spacious and clean,very short walk to the beach. Janet was very responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions. Would recommend!

Fantastic location, with beach access directly across the street. Saw a small herd of deer prancing through the woods, as we walked back from the beach. The Salty Dog being right next door was a nice bonus (they made hot chocolate for the wife, even tho it wasn't on the menu).

We had a wonderful stay. For 5 guests on a girls weekend, it was the perfect size. We were able to walk to almost anywhere and felt safe returning at night also. The apartment was clean and spacious. Stuart was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. We had a seamless arrival and stay overall. Thank you Stuart!

This was perfect for my husband and I a little 4 day getaway. Sea Pines is our vibe- slow, beautiful views, beach access, and trolley to take you to beach and shops. We walked .5 mile to dinner one night at Quarterdeck. Live music and ice cream just right outside the restaurant for a night cap! Love the clubhouse at the beach access for lunch, drinks, and bathroom breaks while at the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Us 5 girls had the best time in HH at your place! It was the perfect way to celebrate, relax, and rest after graduating from college! The hosts were very responsive and personable + had the cutest and place! Thank you!!

Great location! My husband and son loved being able to sit on the decks and watch other golfers on holes 16 and 17. Loved being so close to great restaurants, and being able to bike to so many things.

The stay was great! A beautiful place for a weekend getaway right near the historic district! Chuck was an awesome host he always responded quickly with any questions or concerns I had. We had a minor issue occur and Chuck immediately apologized and offered solutions to make it better. Great place to stay!

We had a great time at this location. The complex is an older one on the island but the location is tops! Also, it is lacking in enough room in the kitchen for storing groceries, but we had a wonderful time.
