From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like we were staying somewhere truly special. The cabin was spotless, fresh, and thoughtfully designed — more like a boutique retreat than a typical rental. Everything felt brand new, from furniture to linens and kitchen supplies. The host clearly cares about quality. The dedicated office with fast Wi-Fi was great for quick work check-ins, though we mostly unplugged and relaxed. We loved the game room — the pool table, poker setup, and karaoke made for fun evenings. The porch and deck were perfect for morning coffee and quiet conversations, and the wooded surroundings made it feel like a true escape. Our host was responsive and made the whole process seamless. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a home base near Deep Creek adventures, this place delivers comfort and a feeling of calm. We highly recommend this place and we'll definitely be back for the fall foliage season!

We loved our stay at the cabin in Accident. If you are looking for peace, and more of a secluded space this is it! The place is clean and bright and the amenities like the claw foot bath provided bathbombs and the waterfall shower were wonderful and provided for even more relaxation. The cooking range and oven are top notch and The WiFi is strong. We loved the long driveway that led to the cabin. Having a 4x4 is highly recommended to get back. Seeing the cabin lit up at night at the end of the drive is a cool sight to see. We will be back!

This is such a great place and legitimately out there in a rural part of the region. We stayed midweek and seemingly had the whole grounds to ourselves. It was so peaceful and quiet out in the hot tub at night, just us, the frogs and owls. There was a little hiccup at check-in but the hosts were so gracious and communicative to help us out.

This place is magical! We could hear the small falls we were able to hike to from the treehouse! Toney even provided walking sticks- use them. Each morning we woke to birds and squirrel playing outside the windows- so many windows! In the middle of the night I watched at least 3 flying squirrel at the bird feeders while lying in bed- I watched for over an hour! The treehouse itself is a work of art and ingenuity. Toney has thought of everything! It is comfortable and peaceful! Toney has given people a gift that not just anyone might appreciate! It is special, it is unique, it is an experience and it is magical! We had but just arrived when I knew I wanted to come back! I want to see it in other seasons! My adult daughter slept in a Hammock on the highest platform the first night, there is a hot shower wet bath, stove for cooking, a black stone griddle outside and solar/battery power for lights etc. I am so glad Toney doesn’t want this place commercialized!

We planned for summer weather, hiking, grilling, etc. and it rained almost the entire time we were there. This may have been a blessing because instead, we had one of the most relaxing weekends in recent memory. If you like what you see online, book it. The pictures are very accurate. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The grill was clean and in great shape. The fire pit looked nice and is in a great spot. It was too wet for us to use, but that’s ok. The rain hitting the top of the dome was so relaxing and almost hypnotic. The bathroom was very clean and slightly bigger than I imagined. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen area was perfect, just enough to handle the basics. If I had to dig deep & find a complaint, I’d mention that the water pressure in the kitchen sink was somewhat weak. Did that impact my stay at all though? No! Assuming this spot is more popular for couples, I would suggest a small couch instead of the 2 chairs in front of the TV for more togetherness.

Amber was wonderful. I was in a hurry and did not fully read the listing. So was not expecting a total off grid experience. If I was looking for off grid glamping this is exactly what I would expect and would be a great few day getaway from the hustle and bustle. The view in the morning was spectacular. Wish I could have stayed longer and didn't have to work while I was in the area.
