The QUELLALPIN with pool, fitness, spa is only 150 m away. In winter (Oct. to May), our guests have exclusive FREE access to the swimming pool & fitness center, in summer our guests receive a 50% discount. The local tax of €3.50 per person (from 16 years)/night is NOT included in the rental price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The tiled stove in the large living room provides a unique feeling of well-being. Bath/toilet separate. The large terrace invites you to relax. Two free parking spaces are available. It is a 5-minute drive to the center of Ötz and the Hochötz ski resort, and about 30 minutes to Sölden. Pets allowed, additional cost per pet per day: 10 euros

You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.
