This place was perfect for our family of 4! Quick drive to Sauble beach. Has everything you need and more. Kind and responsive hosts. Definitely booking again next summer!

The best stay in Walkerton. Make note that it has 2 floors and the entrance has a few steps through a narrow corridor, so not a good choice for people with limited physical activity. If that's no problem, you have modern, renovated place to have a home away from home. Everything you might need, regarding food preparation or just the ambience of the live fire on the back deck, it's there. If you are not inclined to prepare your own food, there are restaurants less than 5 minute walk away, so the location could not be better. In brief, should you need a place to stay in Walkerton, I'd rather pick up this than the hotel.👍🏻

Was the perfect place to stay for visiting Motopark on the weekend. Robin was very responsive and was an easy check in. Everything’s the same as the photos and the place was clean. Very good bakery down the road as well!

Great place to stay! It was better than expected. Everything was so clean and had a wonderful smell. Large backyard to play as well. Highly recommended!

Beautiful space and super responsive & accommodating hosts! The place looks exactly like the photos and was a really nice space to spend the week. The only thing I wish we knew ahead of time was that the neighbours are pretty close on all 3 sides so it does impact the privacy of the backyard at times!

The helpful host truly made our experience exceptional. Communication was prompt and clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, whenever required. This level of hospitality significantly enhanced our stay. The well-equipped kitchen was a dream for preparing meals. It had everything one could possibly need, from essential cookware and utensils to a good range of appliances. We particularly valued how child friendly We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and welcoming waterfront escape with excellent amen

We had an amazing stay at Jane and Steve’s place! They were very warm and were always accommodating and ensuring our stay was going well. Jane even ensured we got to our trail start and end one day. Everything about the “loft” was comfortable, the banana bread was amazing and it felt like we were visiting old friends. Thanks so much for helping to make a rainy cold weekend enjoyable!

The place is huge and was able to accommodate our big family. We are a group of 18 and have ample space for everyone. My nieces love the basement equipped with toys. The backyard is great for campfire. The house is organized. Our hosts, Aneagh and Vishal are very helpful and responsive. The place is conveniently located close to groceries and restaurant. It was very close to the beach and a reasonable drive to Tobermory.

Dorothy's was a fantastic place to stay for the weekend. The entire space is super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view of the forest and the firepit area make it a serene and relaxing environment to spend a weekend away.

We had a fantastic stay at Sarah's place. The surroundings were very peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to all amenities. We were in the area for a fastball tournament, and this accommodation was a much nicer option than a hotel or motel. We utilized the kitchen to prepare our breakfasts and dinners instead of eating out, and the living room was a comfortable space for us to relax in during the evenings. The bedroom was spacious, and the bed and linens were extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

The place was just as described. It is a loft above their barn that was super cute and clean. The host was very reliable and responded within minutes every time I had an issue or question. She gave me amazing recommendations for some local places and even for my ride home. Her husband greeted me and was so friendly and enjoyable to speak to. Any question or issue I had was addressed immediately. The animals on the property were fun to see. A very nice and quaint little place to stay and very close to Owen Sound which is what I wanted to explore. Take time to find the waterfalls around town! Thank you for your incredible hospitality!! I truly enjoyed speaking to Don too!

Cozy and clean 3bedroom home good for family/ friends trip to lions head . Only 4min driving to the parking of the trail

Grandpa Jake's is a great place and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Collingwood/Blue Mountain area. The home is spacious, clean and has all the amenities. Thom and Lynn are amazing hosts, very responsive and accommodating.

Great place to stay for the price and everything we needed was nearby, food, grocery stores and the blue mountain resort were all only a 5 minute drive away. Hosts were very friendly and were always there if we needed to reach them.

We had a great stay at Casey's A-Frame Cabin. Everything was as described and matched the photos, had everything we needed for our trip. A very quiet and secluded location, great to relax in the middle of the forest. Only a short drive to nearby towns and beaches like Sauble Falls and Southampton, and easy to get on the main road north to Tobermory, the National Parks and various trails. Casey was easy to communicate with and had some great local recommendations for trips and food.

We loved our girls weekend stay at the Kimberley Creek Cabin. We instantly felt peaceful and at home in the space. The sound of the creek and landscape let us feel immersed in nature and the entrance to the Bruce Trail is very easy to find directly from the cabin. Karen met us with a fresh loaf of sourdough which we enjoyed during our stay and showed us everything we needed to know, including recommendations for areas to explore during our stay and the routes to take with beautiful scenery. We were very happy to take her advice and had some fun adventures in surrounding towns we may not have otherwise visited. Karen and her husband Steve helped make our stay very comfortable, offering firewood for a bonfire and making sure to be available for anything we needed. Something to note is that the stairs up to the loft area are half stairs and half ladder which was a little scary but there's a lovely main floor bedroom with a very comfortable bed if the stairs are too challenging.

Staying at Milena and Johnny's was nothing short of a fully authentic experience. Not just because of their beautiful and unique property, or the surrounding nature, but because of Milena and Johnny themselves. As soon as you step foot on their land, you can instantly feel the love and care they put into receiving their guests. If you let it, everything here feels like one big warm embrace. I truly feel that Milena and Johnny prioritize making your experience special—not because they go out of their way, but because it comes naturally to them. In a single trip, I was fortunate to experience the full spectrum of feeling alive and deeply connected—to everything around me and within myself. Thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend at this beautiful, cozy, private and peaceful log cabin. Everything you could ever need is available at this property, and our host Susan was incredibly accommodating, friendly, helpful, and responsive. Beautiful, quiet area, short walk to the amazing beach, and hiking/walking trail very close by. Highly recommend this wonderful property for a relaxing getaway!

This is our second time staying at the cabin with our two dogs and we came back because our first experience was so great and we're glad we did! The cabin is right on the water and very private and has everything you need to feel comfortable and right at home. The fenced in area for the dogs in the backyard is perfect and the proximity to trails can't be beat.

The cottage is very spacious and lovely. Beds are SUPER comfortable and all the linens are very nice quality. The sauna and hot tub were great ways to relax.

This was exactly what we were looking for to get away for a few days! Based on recommendations from other reviews we brought drinking water and were glad we did. Toilet was awkwardly close to the shower, but we made it work. The kitchen was minimal as described and only had bare necessities, but we were still able to make most of our meals without issue. Highly recommend Cowbell Brewery, roughly 20 minutes away.
