Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes, you can relax with a view of the mountains. Here you can breathe in peace, nature and country air to the fullest. At the same time, we are easily accessible by car (between A8 + A95, 10-15 min.) and ideally located for trips to Munich (30-35 min. Center + Exhibition Center), to the foothills of the Alps or to the 5 lakes (each 30-45 min.). The FlexBus runs once an hour (approx. 6 am - 10 pm) to/from Deisenhofen (S3) - only with advance registration via MVV Munich Web or app.

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. Stay like in the TREE HOUSE You can experience the smell and freshness of the forest in the solid wood house/low energy house with wood from the private forest. The apartment is located in a rural setting in a small village in the municipality of Dietramszell, but all popular excursion destinations such as Munich, Starnberg. Tegernsee and Lenggries (Brauneck) are only about 30 km. Good internet connection 100 Mbit/sec , therefore also suitable for home office.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Proximity to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance all shopping, Friday weekly market regional offers, Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. Granny flat in the new wooden house with terrace

Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood swirls around you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house manner, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the heat out and in winter it is nice and warm. Come in and take a deep breath in this quiet location.
