Great view of the ocean! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was super easy. Great location too—quiet but close to everything. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was our first time to Cocoa Beach and it did not disappoint. The condo was beautiful and had a lot of space for my family. The beach was beautiful and not crowded even on a holiday. Honestly could not have asked for a better vacation.

The condo was very nice. Wish we could have stayed longer . Beach access and amenities were nice though with our short stay we definitely weren’t able to take advantage of them. I guess we’ll save those for next visit. Thanks :)

STUNNING VIEWS of the beach from inside and on the balcony of the condo. This was by far the most relaxing vacation my husband and I and I have had in years and we got to see two Space X launches from the condo balcony during our stay. The condo is spacious, the beds and reclining sofa seats are super comfy. All beach needs are provided including 4 beach chairs, towels, 2 umbrellas, a cooler, and a beach wagon!! The kitchen has all that you need and includes a full size Keurig coffee machine. The first floor has a Game Room that includes both a ping pong and foosball table that we enjoyed playing at night. Parking and access to the condo was super easy and Joe responded to our messages quite quickly. A Publix grocery store and many great restaurants are a quick drive away. 321Pizza was delicious, Goombay’s had great dishes, Cuban Island was so good, and Bacci’s Italian food had good food and great service. We plan to visit again soon! Thank you for this awesome experience!

Went here for a work trip/ family trip. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The views were great, loved how it felt so private with the pool and beach.

Best AirBnB we’ve stayed at yet! The owners are fantastic, allowing us to check in early and even let us know about the satellite launch so we could watch it from our balcony. The unit is beautifully kept with incredible ocean front views, big comfy beds and all the extras you need are provided: tons of extra bedding, pack-n-play, beach towels-chairs-umbrella, and a wagon to pull it all. Even the things you end up buying and leaving like liquid detergent, sunscreen, aloe, spices, first aid kits and bandaids. They even provided a hair mask for sun damage/chlorine hair… just, WOW!!! The pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach and just steps from your door. The condo itself is located on the older side of Cocoa Beach still undergoing a facelift, but lots of new businesses opening up that are perfect for families, with great options for dinning and shopping within walking distance. We be booking again soon for our next stay!

We had a great stay at Terri’s place. It hit all the high points, exactly as described, great area, very clean and well equipped. We did not use the kitchen much as there are many great places to eat in the area. Take a look at the rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. We were able to watch an evening rocket launch, which was well worth a visit. We really enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning to the condo and sitting on the balcony after a days adventure

Very convenient location. Everything you will ever need was furnished. Clean, comfortable and one block from the beach. I would stay at Linda’s condo again. Highly recommended.

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was easy to get in and out and it was very spacious. Loved being right at the beach and enjoyed every minute of it.

My family of four with two small children loved the place. Julia helped us out and brought over a portacrib from another location to help us out, which was amazing. We love Cocoa beach and have stayed at quite a few different places. This place was so far our favorite. Sitting on the balcony, which is quite big, for sunrise and moonrise was so great. We were lucky enough to catch a rocket launch as well. Definitely felt very comfortable there with everything we needed. We barley left the condo complex as we just wanted some alone time to spend together as a family. So fun.

Donnetta’s place was absolutely perfect—especially for our pups! Mr. Biggs and Perla were in heaven with all the thoughtful pet-friendly touches. From cozy pet beds to treats and bowls, every detail made them feel right at home. The space was spotless, welcoming, and truly above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is in a fantastic location. It's a quirky and comfortable property that is perfect for a beach vacation. Great access to the beach, largely secluded; there is public access to the beach nearby, but rarely are folks camped out nearby on the beach. There are a number of interesting restaurants nearby. If you want a relaxing and private beach vacation spot, this is a terrific property that my family thoroughly enjoyed.

Awesome location in downtown cocoa beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the waves and the wildlife. So many bunnies, cardinals came to visit us and wild turkeys to name a few. The pizza place next door is just amazing! We went to coconuts on the beach for dinner and it was great. They also had live music in some of the restaurants in downtown. We come to cocoa beach often but usually we stay on the north side but we truly enjoyed our stay in downtown. We will be back for sure! Place was very clean and had beach towels, chairs, coolers and sand toys

Gregory’s condo is true luxury. From all the amenities inside, the beautiful furnished design, the kitchenware. Then there’s the view from the balcony of the river and the pool. We spent every sunset either in the jacuzzi or the balcony - each sunset distinct and beautiful. The entire feeling of peace and beauty is unbeatable! Truly, we would return just for the Master shower!! The place comes with a long list of instructions. Fairly, that’s because there are so many amenities. So make it a point to use them all. It’s worth it.

Paul's place was the perfect setup for a 3 generation vacation that included teenagers. The kids loved how quick they could go from the condo to the beach to the pool.

Harbor Island is a very nice laid back beach vacation spot. Karli's condo is beautiful and comfortable. The sunsets are awesome, and even on spring break week, it felt like we had the beautiful pool and hot tub to ourselves. The vibe of the whole club is laid back and beautiful. From the beach, to the pool, to the unreal views from to comfy balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway, this place has everything we wanted and more. Not to mention the luxurious feel of the condo, from the kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the amazing master bathroom, the comfy luxury feel of this place is on another level. We didn't wanna leave.

We loved our stay. The view was amazing, the proximity to beach and pool was good. The condo was VERY well appointed. We had everything we needed from kitchen items and laundry items to beach items. Furnishings were comfortable. Master bed was firm but comfy. The bed in one of the secondary bedrooms was too firm for our daughter- she purchased a foam topper for $20 and had it delivered with groceries from Walmart and was fine. We would stay again.
