We had a great time at Caroline's place. She was extremely responsive and available from start to finish, which greatly facilitated our arrival and stay. The welcome was warm, the house beautiful and perfectly as advertised. Everything was impeccable, clean and well-equipped. A very nice place that I highly recommend. Don't hesitate, go without so much as a second thought!

My new favourite! The location was absolutely stunning with a view I could never tire of. Having the heated pool was so wonderful, definitely our children’s favourite thing along with the cinema room! Laurent and Isabelle were incredible hosts going above and beyond expectations. We recommend this accommodation: cozy, clean and tidy, space for business, good location, etc. Everything is done to make you feel at home, but better. There's even a nice electric fireplace. Light, bright open flat with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and comfy sofa living room. Bedrooms were large (we had the single studio next door - separate key required) as well. Instructions were clear, housekeeper was prompt in responding to check in time and inquiries. It is on the 3rd floor above ground level so be prepared for lots of steps (the last flight is quite narrow) Location right next to grand hotel with beach entrance across the street and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Great stay!

We had a lovely stay, in a home that was faithful to the photos in the listing, clean and easy to access. Our host was very welcoming and always available. If the opportunity arises again, we will gladly go back.

Wonderful place for a family or friend gathering. Nice dining areas, inside and out. Many showers/bathrooms means no waiting lines. The soccer and tennis areas are a wonderful addition. Kitchen is well equipped. House also is well insulated, which is nice during colder days. Overall, we had a great time.

We had a restful stay at LeManoir. The property and surroundings are stunning and peaceful. Guillaume is a welcoming host and gave us plenty of recommendations. The location is excellent if you're visiting Etretat. Which is only 15 minutes away by car. It's so much better than staying in Etretat proper. We loved walking the trails surrounding the house into the woods and near the water. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are high quality. Don't hesitate to book! We hope to return with our family soon.

Ludivine's accommodation is as described. My four friends and I loved the quality, especially the veranda and the bedding. We are within a 10-minute walk of the city center and the funicular. No problem parking and it's very quiet. Thanks again! We'll be happy to go back.
