Sempervirens - Lovely house in the hills

Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

Situated in the Apuane mountains with stunning views, this lovely spacious apartment has its own garden where you can relax and dine al fresco. The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. “La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

La vecchia canonica è una struttura situata in un piccolo borgo della città medievale di Fivizzano, immersa nel verde in tutta la sua tranquillità adatta ad amanti della natura e del relax. È dotata di un ampia piscina, zona barbecue, tavoli esterni e parcheggio privato. La struttura si trova a 90 minuti dal aeroporto di Pisa, 60 minuti dalle cinque terre, 40 minuti dalle cave di marmo di Carrara, 30 minuti dal mare e 20 minuti dal Cerreto Laghi.

There's a big garden, the swimming pool and a lot of nature. Our place is in the magnificent Lunigiana near to the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or the Nationla Parc of the 100 lakes and Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The car is a must-have to reach the place.
