BOOK THE STAY!!! This gem of a home is so cute and cozy, and each little convenience was thought of, from a fan for warm nights to cold water in the fridge on arrival. Arvinder thought of every creature comfort we could think of well before we knew about the listing, but she still made time to make sure my partner's scent-free needs were taken care of, and we genuinely enjoyed our time here. On top of that, while the location is a tiny bit out of the way, the city is only a short bus ride away - and this listing is in a quiet and private neighborhood, making it a wonderful break from the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed for two nights and already have plans to stay again the next time we are in the area. 2SLGBTQIA+ Friendly!

This air bnb basement suite was BEAUTIFUL. Very well done & decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights with our 11 month old and 4 year old. It was a 5 minute quick walk to a beautiful park, playground and splash pad which our kids really enjoyed. This house is in a quiet neighborhood but still quick driving distance to poplar locations. It was a 15 minute drive to Nutrien Wonderhub which is the coolest children's museum we have ever been too! I would highly recommend a stay at Valerie's place. It has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay! The hosts are quick to answer any questions or concerns and gave very easy check in and out instructions.

Yep! Extremely quiet neighbourhood very safe for the most part. They are extremely quiet. It is very comfortable space I would definitely stay here again absolutely.

I had an amazing experience staying at Dominic’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The check-in process was seamless, and Dominic was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. We especially loved the balcony and windows with the views. Also, the beds were very comfortable, we had great sleeps all three nights! It was a very beautiful home, and offered the much needed rest and relaxation we needed on short notice. Right downtown so easy to find shopping and food. Very clean and milo was very responsive and understanding. Will definitely book again when in Saskatoon. Thanks again

My boyfriend and I stayed for a little over a week. Check-in was super easy. The suite came with everything we need. Toilet paper, laundry detergent, cooking utensils, and all the usual necessities! Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood, with food and grocery stores just right down the road. I will say the early mornings were a little noisy upstairs, but we did not mind much.. it never bothered us. The suite was decorated beautifully and felt cozy. We would love to come back again! Needed a place to stay during my road trip and Charlemagne was gracious enough to not only book us in last minute but also extend our stay when needed. The place was lovely and the bedding was even more so! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in Saskatoon!!

We would highly recommend Jennifer's B&B. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable. the location was easy walking to many amenities. We especially appreciated the having enough coffee for our entire stay. We hope to be back.

This condo is a beautiful home away from home. Loved the secure parking facility & the wonderful view. The kitchen is very well stocked with great pots & pans and Keurig coffee maker. Was great for a long stay. We made ourselves at home. David is a very kind & responsive host. From check in to check out we had all the information to make it a wonderful stay! This condo is definitely a 5 star.

My son and I stayed here while in town for a weightlifting completion. The beautiful, well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare healthy meals. There was plenty of room to relax as well as to stretch/do mobility work in the large space. The underground parking meant our car was safe and we didn’t need to worry about parking. And the location was excellent, everything was only a 5-10 minute drive away. The beds and linens were comfy and resulted in great nights sleep, too. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d strongly recommend this to anyone.

Michael’s place was amazing. Clean and bright. Loved how close it was to the river and there were tons of restaurants within walking distance. I recommend staying at Michael’s place for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Saskatoon.

Great spot to visit Saskatoon! The unit is extremely clean. The view is amazing! Everything was exactly as advertised. Appreciated the responsive and proactive communication. If you're looking to stay in the Riversdale district in Saskatoon, Michael's place is comfortable and convenient. The top-floor apartment is modern, quiet, and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, secure underground parking, and plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries and coffeeshops a short walk away. The river is minutes away, with trails extending through most of downtown. Michael was always available for anything we needed, and graciously provided us a pack-away crib for our toddler at the last minute. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay at Michael's again in the future.
