Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

A freestanding bathtub is positioned near large panoramic windows that frame views of the mountains and city. Greenery from potted plants enhances the space. A dining table with glassware is visible, suggesting a tranquil setting complemented by natural light.

Pool could be heated by reguest. Luxurious two-storey villa with an area of 228 sq.m. The villa is equipped with a private infinity pool, which offers glorious views of the sea and the mountains. On the first floor there is a large equipped kitchen and a living room with entrance to a terrace of. On the neighboring plot is under construction, possible minor inconveniences during the day. The price is reduced as compensation.
