Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Saraphi District

All new furniture, it was nice to sleep on a new mattress. I've stayed at 5 places in Thailand at this price range (for a month in each) and this was the best. Spacious, good a/c and they picked me up and got me a scooter. It is far from the city, (about 35 mins) but if you want a countryside stay where foreigners go less, this is the place.

The boss lady is very friendly. We have a lot of people and small children. It is not very convenient. The boss lady arranged airport pick-up service for us. The room is clean and hygienic, the environment is beautiful, transportation is convenient, and the value for money. Great! Great! Great! Great!

This was my favorite place I’ve stayed during my 7 months in Thailand. Talinee is amazing and so kind, and so are both staff that work and stay on the property in a detached part of the house in the back. They gave me fresh fruit with yummy dipping sauce everyday, as well as a bag of free mangoes to take with me. They gave me rides when needed (to 7/11 and the beautiful cafe about 5 minutes away) communication? Amazing. Cleanliness? Spotless. Customer service? Above and beyond. This location is peaceful and STUNNING. Nature, peace and serenity. Highly highly recommend! 💕💕✨

I spent two days here and Pramuan was very attentive and thoughtful, would carefully show me the room when I came. There are two dogs in the house and they are very cute and active. The house is pretty and looks much better than the pictures and it is well taken care of. Pramuan asked me every day what time I wanted to have breakfast and the breakfast will be ready on time every morning, very delicious. The place is quiet and you can take a bike ride out in the morning, super chill and relaxing. On the morning I checked out, Pramuan even came to say goodbye before he went to work and told me not to rush off and to stay on if I wanted. Before I arrived I also asked him if I could check in at 12pm and he was also very kind and said yes! Really very very very nice people, everything in Chiang Mai is great, everyone I met was very kind. Much appreciated! I’m sure I will come back next time!

Wonderful place for relaxing! rent a scooter to drive around local coffee shops and temples and enjoy the pool and premises

So many positive things to say about this beautiful home. It is surrounded by nature, and the architecture of the home is absolutely stunning. Squeaky clean - the staff stay in a detached part of the property in the back and are readily available if you need help with anything. Talinee is the sweetest most kind person, they even gave me free fruit and yummy sauce from the Mango tree. 10/10 especially for the price. Keep location in mind depending on what you’re looking for but I was specifically craving nature, peace and quiet, and distance from the city. My favorite place I’ve stayed in Thailand! 💕

Beautiful apartment building just a stones throw away from the airport.

The room is very spacious and tidy, and the kitchenware is also very complete. We are a family of three, and the room has four dining chairs. The swimming pool is very clean. We had a good stay and will come back next time.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Solid place with awesome amenities. Bit far from the city but totally worth it!

Overall, it was a neat accommodation. However, the ants often appeared, so it was a little stressful. I booked a room with a friend, and it was a little embarrassing to know that the room was changed on the day of check-in, but the host handled it well.

Great place good for remote work and visiting Chiangmai. Clean.

Phimhaka is a great host! I can only recommend this place! It was a huge relief to arrive in the silence after two weeks of busy city’s in Thailand. The house has all the comfort you want and it’s a place where you can really relax. Maybe the only discomfort we had was getting there. We’ve rented a car to get there. It was an adventure to start driving left, and getting used with the Thai driving style (with the deepest respect for Thai drivers 😀). In the neighbourhood we found a coffee bar with a very friendly lady and a local restaurant with great food! We’ve had to change our travel plans, and Phimphaka was so friendly to understand, and to provide a solution. Only warm words to her, and I wish her all the best!

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.

It’s hard to describe the peace and hospitality you feel from this place. Maan and his family, even his village are so kind and helpful to help us travel through this region. This stay is rural- We were in the back of several trucks to find it, and amenities are few, but dinner and breakfast is served to the cabin after walking the fields and waking up to coffee and breakfast where he welcomed MANY curious questions from two Americans. Even in the off season, there were many birds livestock, and green plants - being able to eat the rice from the location of the farmers family is truly a blessing. Beautiful, authentic, nourishing stay. Thank you for sharing your space.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for my intention of writing, working and doing yoga in a peaceful setting. I originally booked a week stay and ended up extending to 5 weeks. The highlights of this place for me: - deep in nature, private - food delivery (delicious, extensive menu and very cost effective) - responsive and friendly host - fast, dependable internet - very hot water and great shower pressure - comfortable beds - weekly cleaning The scooter for rent was unavailable for some periods during my stay but the host was incredibly proactive in helping me do the errands I needed. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I would’ve extended my stay again if the cabin hadn’t already been booked up. I will definitely be back :)

Jintana was extremely helpful and made our stay great! They even set up a projector screen in our cabin for us!
