Το Theta είναι ένας πέτρινος ξενώνας 60 τ.μ., λίγα μέτρα από την πλατεία της Στεμνίτσας. Χτισμένο το 1867, είναι το «κατώι» (ισόγειο) μιας παραδοσιακής χωριάτικης κατοικίας. Ένα ευρύχωρο σπίτι με θόλο, που ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 και φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Έχει 1 WC και ξεχωριστό χώρο με ντουζιέρα-υδρομασάζ. Διαθέτει Wi-Fi και Smart TV με λογαριασμό Netflix, Amazon Prime. Το ξύλινο μπαλκόνι προσφέρει ωραία θέα στο χωριό και η αυλή στην καταπράσινη πλαγιά του βουνού. Parking κοντά στο σπίτι.

This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Χτισμένος από πέτρα και ξύλο το 1867 με την παραδοσιακή δομή των ορεινών ελλαδικών χωριών, χαρίζει μια μοναδική θέα στο βουνό και στο ρυάκι καθώς βρίσκεται στο τέλος του μονοπατιού. Κάτω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ. O ποταμός Λούσιος βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά για μια περιπετειώδης περιήγηση!

Traditional three-story tower house in Karytaina. Rebuilt with a lot of care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decor. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alpheus and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high ceilings. At the entrance it has a courtyard with a shade of a large walnut tree and an arbor.

The Kallistws House

Our small maisonette is located at the beginning of the village after the church of Agios Nikolaos. This is a space made for most of wood, that makes it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. On the lower floor is the kitchen in which you will be able to prepare your coffee and tea (provided free of charge by the accommodation). On the upper floor are the two rooms, comfortable to accommodate a family of four.
