I went for work and it has a chair with space for an office, which was super important. The electronic lock with biometric facial access was a differential that made my entry and exit much easier. Marcelo's apartment is excellent and is in the heart of the good neighborhood, an extremely safe neighborhood with many options of restaurants and cafes. An incredible apartment option in Porto Alegre. The parking space is very good, no parking problems. Communication with Marcelo was excellent. I highly recommend it.

This Airbnb is amazing, it has a wonderful / cinematic view of Guaiba! The hosts are very helpful and respond promptly, always very solicitous. We recommend that you shop before going to Airbnb because the nearest market is about 2.5 km from the residence, so if you don't want to go back and forth wasting time with it, it's interesting that you already make a good purchase! Everything else was perfect, a cozy and welcoming place.

The stay was great. The apartment was very clean and private and we loved the windows blackout. The building is very confortable,save and the laundry and dinning area are amazing and very quiet to be in. Waldyr was very attentive and his responses to any question were almost immediately.

The apartment is fantastic. Very well located! It is close to everything, has great options for restaurants, pharmacies and markets. It's very close to the airport and you can do most of what you need on foot! Access to the apartment is very easy, everything is automated through facial recognition. No bureaucracy, everything just works as it should! The apartment is very well decorated and has everything you need to spend the days. I can say with confidence that it was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever rented. If I ever return to Porto Alegre, I'll definitely stay here!
