Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary. No airbnb services are allowed in our house at any time.

Our apartment is in Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, just over half an hour from Lisbon and next to the beautiful Serra da Arrábida. It is a very rich region, both for its wines, cheeses and sweets, and for the beautiful landscapes of the mountains and its beaches! It is very well located close to shops and services, quick access to public transport and supermarkets, access to highways, and it is also close to the José Maria da Fonseca and Bacalhôa wineries.

Renovated and fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area of Setúbal. We have AC in the living room/kitchen (unique space) and in the bedroom. The windows (double glazed) are new, allowing for heat/cold and noise insulation. The kitchen is new: refurbished in December 2023. Close to Supermarket, McDonalds, pastry shops and restaurants. It's easy, safe and free to park on the street. Fast Vodafone internet, ideal for home office.

VACATION HOUSE WITH THE POOL 2

This is a rural house if you want to be out of town, 15 km from Setúbal and Sesimbra, 20 km to Lisbon. It is inserted in the particular property. We have two separate apartments in this 1 hectare property and my family lives in the other house as well. We do not accept check in after 21:00 hours. If there is no possibility to check in earlier, please ask if it is possible before making a reservation.

The Fran Pacheco 39 - B apartment is located in the Troino neighborhood, a typical Setúbal neighborhood, just 60 meters from the city's main avenue, Avenida Luísa Todi, and 150 meters from Praça do Bocage.
