Flawless house, our stay was wonderful. It has the necessary utensils for everything, from cooking to beach trips. There is a market that delivers, which made it a lot easier. The place is quiet and very beautiful. The swimming pool, sauna and beach access are great. Ideal place to rest, since there is not much movement on the street and on the beach.

The beach in front of the condominium is great, especially at low tide. And the neighboring beach, which is Bitingui beach, is simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and heavenly place. Marcos and Lilian's house, in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, is also very practical and prepared. A welcoming environment for families, perfect for memorable moments. We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

We arrived and found essentials, such as toilet paper, shampoo, cleaning cloths, dishcloth. This is essential because it is difficult to remember to bring these things.

The house is really excellent, all new in great condition and high standard of quality, from furniture to utensils, bedding, etc. The location is wonderful, condominium foot in the sand, with infrastructure of chairs and umbrella. Beautiful beach with calm sea ideal for children. Having Patrícia organizing the house and making breakfast is really a differential, she is very careful with everything and served us very well, I also closed the cook service that I super recommend. Township were wonderful days in this paradise that is Miracle Saint Michael!

We had a wonderful time at Villa do Sossego. We were a group of 7 adults and 2 children, everyone had a fantastic trip. The house is beautiful with so much natural beauty. The flowers& plants & of course the ocean front made it spectacular. In the mornings, we went out on the paddleboard and kayak. If you go out far enough, you will reach a very shallow area where the water must be at least 90°, it’s unreal! Bete &Celio add such a nice touch to this Airbnb. Bete makes wonderful local food and was very helpful if we needed anything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, AC worked great. We spent our nights by the pool or sitting down on the beach enjoying the ocean breeze. We were lucky enough to be there during the full moon, which made everything look even more spectacular. There is also a “house dog” who came to visit us often, we enjoyed him so much. This was our first time to the area and when we return, we will stay here again for sure. Tatiana has a fantastic place.

The apartment is very well equipped, it has everything in the drawers and cabinets, from cleaning items to cooking and table setting items. Everything very clean and neat. It is well located, access is very simple. It is not necessary to take any dirt roads and it is on the main road. Even on the main road, it's very quiet. The condominium is very nice: it has a swimming pool, garage and a simple gym, as well as outdoor tables and chairs for meals and snacks in an open space, if necessary. Although there is a swimming pool in the condominium, it is very quiet and you can't hear the children playing in the pool when you are inside the studio. Japaratinga is really cool! With quiet beaches all year round, calm waters even at high tide. There are good restaurant options nearby. I recommend PizzaMia for dinner! Check-in and check-out were very easy to do and the listing photos match what we saw.

Our days were perfect at the home of Priscila and Enio! From the first contact to the last, Priscila was extremely willing and attentive, attending to us promptly and always concerned about helping. About the house: very equipped, it has everything!!! I love to barbecue and found all the utensils, including a wonderful grill. The gourmet space + swimming pool is very large, very enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms are independent (connected by the balcony where the pool is) and very comfortable, great beds and excellent bathrooms. We checked out already thinking about the date to come back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay, wonderful condominium, well maintained, practically private. Supermarket nearby and a grocery store at the condominium's door, the carpenter's center with shops and restaurants is also very close. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, clean linens, new utensils, but the windows were extremely dirty, even making a bad impression on arrival. The house near the others in the condominium is simple and with little decoration, there are better cared for and more beautiful ones. The landlord asked Mr. José (responsible for the house) to contact us on the penultimate day, saying that the gardener warned him that we had trampled on the plants, that he could imagine how it was inside his house, detail that there were no plants in the house, only some very poorly cared seedlings, the gardener was bad and wanted to blame us. It was very annoying and ended up ruining the mood, because I have great ratings in all the properties I have rented and I always take care of the cleanliness and care in the properties.
