Vacation rentals with a pool in São Martinho

What a wonderful place to stay and for us perfect location to explore beautiful Madeira. 6 of us stayed for 1 week, the accommodation was perfect with various areas to spread out. We spent most of our evenings around the pool side, playing games and soaking up the views. The home has everything a family would need to enjoy your stay. Local shops, cafes and restaurants 10min walk up hill. Fully recommend if you are able to take a 1 day jeep tour of the island as Madeira has some spectacular scenery, valleys, mountains, villages and locations to explore. Contact with the host was effortless and always quick with responding. We loved our stay.

Uma excelente opção para quem quer passar uns dias relaxantes na madeira. Uma casinha típica, com todas as comodidades. A zona em que se insere é conveniente para quem quer explorar a ilha (de carro), e é particularmente soalheira. Vistas maravilhosas. Uma das maiores vantagens é a disponibilização de estacionamento. Os hóspedes foram solícitos e agradáveis. Nada a apontar :)

Pedro war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Er gab uns auch einige gute Tipps. Das einzige was wir ein bisschen kritisieren müssen, ist die Möblierung. Manche Möbelstücke sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Diese gehören unserer Meinung nach mal ausgetauscht.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement ! (famille de 6 personnes) Celui-ci est bien situé, une belle vue, endroit très paisible et privé. Il est très bien équipé, piscine chauffée (pour 30€/J), barbecue disponible, très spacieux et propre. Ce qui en fait un très bon rapport qualité-prix. On recommande !

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful, pristine, peaceful home. Well equipped kitchen. Maria has thought of everything. The outside space was really great, plenty of space to enjoy the pool along with the outside kitchen BBQ. We walked to the botanical gardens which was 10 minutes away. Two small supermarkets and bakery 3 minutes walk from the house. We walked in Funchal several times and caught a taxi home. Lovely climate and beautiful surroundings.

This was by far the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed in. Antonio was so helpful from the very beginning (he sent lots of info ahead of our arrival), made sure we could check in in the morning after our early flight and welcomed us personally at his lovely house with pool and all amenities one could look for (specifically in the kitchen and bathrooms, where we found all types of equipment, shampoo, tissues etc). The beds were comfortable, the view was stunning. We were a group of 6 and enjoyed cooking together (particularly barbecuing outdoors), but the house offered many peaceful corners for each of us to relax in, too. We also really appreciated Antonio‘s recommendations for hikes and other things to do on the island. Thanks a lot for everything!!

Le logement était magnifique. Nous avons adoré la décoration et les grandes portes qui apportaient de la luminosité avec une vue sur la belle cours avec la piscine. Nous avons été super bien accueilli par un très bon goûté. Quelle belle attention! Susana nous a également faits plusieurs recommandations de restaurants et la communication était excellente. Il fallait conduire 8 min pour nous rendre au centre-ville. On retrouvait tous les essentiels pour bien cuisiner. Le logement était propre, mais je ne peux passer sous silence la douche. On retrouvait du moisi et personnellement, malgré le parfum qui avait été ajouté, je trouvais que l’odeur d’humidité et de moisi était désagréable. Tout le reste était impeccable!

Très bon séjour. Belle vila bien équipé. Hôte accueillant et réactif. Nous recommandons !

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location. We enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay here again! The big balcony was our favourite part, and the check in instructions were so easy. Loved it!

Absolutely Stunning Apartment with Unbeatable Views! This was, without a doubt, the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the absolutely stunning apartment. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beautiful location was a real highlight, boasting amazing sea views from the balcony that we enjoyed every single day. The lovely swimming pools on site were a fantastic bonus, perfect for a refreshing dip. Our hosts, Mariana and Ricardo, were so welcoming and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions and offer local tips. The great wifi was a practical plus, and we loved that the apartment was within walking distance to the main shops, making everything so convenient. wat hebben we genoten van het appartement! het uitzicht. is zo mooi , 2 x zaterdagavond kunnen genieten van het vuurwerk vanaf het balcon van 10 meter breed! we voelden ons er zo thuis elke dag na weer een prachtige dag op madeira was het heerlijk thuiskomen, enige tip is nog 2 lekkere tuinstoelen op t balcon verder helemaal af!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Es war alles vorhanden und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Daniel è un host davvero cordiale e attento. Ci ha seguito dal primo all'ultimo momento, fornendo consigli sulla zona. L'appartamento è davvero spazio e ampio, con due graziosi balconi perfetti per una colazione all'aperto!
