Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in São Luiz do Paraitinga

Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated swimming pools to a playroom for children. The apartment was impeccable, we felt completely at home. Joelma responds extremely quickly and was very kind and attentive. We already have a place to stay in Ubatuba, we'll be back for sure !!!

The apartment is 1,000 times more beautiful in person than in the photos, I felt at home, super cozy, fragrant, clean, impeccable, close to the center, several options of restaurants, pharmacies, shops and ice cream parlors, next to the Tamar project, the building is super new, facing a huge square, ideal for pets and children to play, heated pool, gym, sauna, in short...everything perfect, I didn't miss anything, Guilherme and his wife are super attentive, dear, we are already planning the return and it will certainly be to this amazing apartment.

The atmosphere is super cozy, I was greeted with the utmost attention! The location is very accessible and quiet, I have nothing to question, just congratulate you on the reception and the coziness that the house provided us!

Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck upstairs was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

The house is a delight, very large, amazing view and good location. The sea in front of the house is rough, but with a 10-minute walk you reach Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for swimming. The beach in front of the house is not crowded even during holidays, providing plenty of privacy. The house next door may have noisy guests.

The house is wonderful! We went to a group of friends and we felt super comfortable. All very clean, organized and full of affection in the details. Eva, the cook, was amazing getting us with delicious food every day. André, the owner, super attentive and committed. I've rented other times and no doubt I'll be back. Itamambuca is a paradise of nature and peace!

We spent 4 days at the house and it was wonderful! The house is cozy, clean and very complete, has all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic items such as salt, sugar and olive oil, beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, cooler, surfboards and beach tennis rackets, hairdryer… everything you need! In addition, the house is well located, arriving within 10 minutes in the center and also on the beach. Virginia was super helpful but we had no doubts because everything is very well explained, there are clear instructions in all rooms. We loved it so much and hope to be back soon!

Amazing house! The tranquility of the place enchanted us! We took advantage of every space and it was really worth it!!! I recommended it to all family and friends and we will definitely come back more often!

The house is very well-equipped, everything works (showers, lights, air conditioning, TV) and super clean. The location is excellent: in front of the path that leads to the beach, in less than 5 minutes on foot you arrive. The comments here about the noise of cars on the street did not bother us: it is a slight movement when leaving the beach. At night, it is silent. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and everything went super well! Communication with Carol is great and we had a great stay! We left the night before check-in just to escape the holiday traffic, otherwise we would have stayed longer! Recommended!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recommended!

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
