This is the second time I've stayed with Jefté, as always very kind, certainly when I return to Gramado, I already have a place to stay.

Cozy place, complete environment. Only the shower was disappointing, in the following nights it cooled down and the shower did not heat up. In the most quiet everything.

Accommodation as in the photos... very cozy and nice place to stay, quiet and private place, Michel and his parents are super polite and kind. The only information I find useful is that the house is below the house in the photo (façade) the entrance is by the ramp, right next door and with an independent entrance... sometimes you could hear them walking upstairs, but nothing that bothered or disturbed the stay.

The condominium is great for those seeking comfort, rest and tranquility. Great family atmosphere and perfect for those who like to travel with dogs. The location is very privileged due to the natural beauty of the preservation area, while being close to the center. Super easy and smooth check-in/out. Hostess always available and responsive.

Ana Maria was an excellent host. He made everything clear, and was always quick to respond. The space is comfortable, very well located. We'll be back!

We loved staying at the accommodation, we found it very close to the center (Uber cost 7 reais to the covered street), and the space was very good for two people, everything was clean, organized and according to the listing. I recommend it and I will come back other times.

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is friendly and Silvana too! Perfect apartment, one of the best accommodations I've ever had on AIRBNB. All by listing and even better. Apartment in front of the Stone Cathedral (Nossa Senhora de Lourdes) in Canela. Brand new and super well maintained and equipped. Access to 2 underground parking spaces (side by side and fits any vehicle/truck). Elevator. Apartment on the second floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a very comfortable suite, and another social bathroom. Hot water on all faucets and showers. Hot/cold air in the rooms. Automatic blinds. Wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Barbecue in the kitchen (large charcoal). Large living room and bedroom TVs. Balcony overlooking the Cathedral. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, duplex refrigerator, all utensils and also washer/dryer. I emphasize the differentiated service that Diva gave us, always very helpful and quick in answering our questions. My family and I (5 adults in total) were very satisfied. Wonderful space! The condominium is very beautiful and quiet, great for walking and biking (bikes are available on site). We had a little setback at the reception, but Daniela soon responded and clarified that it was a confusion at the reception, but it was soon resolved. The loft itself is great too, very spacious, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, very complete kitchen and the coffee powder available was a plus! The bathroom is very good, the bathtub was great, my daughter loved it, my took advantage of it too and I didn't let it go either hehe! You have the option to order breakfast separately, which is very good, we ordered the combo for two people and it served us 3! You can request firewood at the reception once a day, they deliver a lighter set which makes it much easier! It's a great option for those who want to escape the madness of the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and has options for eating. I recommend Panni, which has very good things! Daniela was very helpful and attentive! We'll be back for sure!
