Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sanxing

Nous avons adoré l’appartement de Johnny dans Xindian. Comme c’était notre première visite à Taïwan, nous ne connaissions pas le quartier mais voici ce que l’on a aimé: 1. appartement très beau et spacieux et bien équipé. Habitation très confortable avec une place de stationnement dans le garage. 2. pleins de petites attentions qui nous ont facilité la vie : les capsules nespresso pour la cafetière, les notes très claires pour tout. 3. parc linéaire du Bitan le long de la rivière juste derrière l’appartement, ce qui invite à l’activité physique, c’est très agréable. 4. balcon du salon très spacieux d’où on pouvait admirer la rivière à toute heure de la journée, incluant les nageurs et joggers matinaux, et les rameurs de kayak et bateaux-dragons, et les spectacles de lumières le soir. 5. l’appartement est située dans une rue qui est un marché local et qui compte aussi un magasin family mart très pratique. 6. il est à quelques minutes à pied du métro qui nous amène n’importe où.

房源內部整體都與圖相符！ 可能去的時間是淡季(6月)，房源比較沒有頻繁打掃，多少有點灰，但簡易的擦拭即可使用。 蒸汽浴與溫泉舒適，如果有想拉開窗簾邊泡湯建議選高樓層一點點。 寵物清潔費500/晚，價格偏高一點點但是可接受程度。

管家是個親切且熱情的大姐姐,能夠即時滿足我們的需求，和網路照片百分百相似，因此也當作自己家愛惜,廚房能滿足簡單的輕食製作讓我們渡過了非常愉快的四天假期,非常推薦想要放鬆渡假且喜歡水上活動的朋友,不會失望～

Mia’s place was quiet and very cozy. Perfect place for a jet-lagged family. We didnt use the kitchen, but it was very well equipped with good quality and clean electric appliances. Bed and shower was excellent with perfect pressure. Pillow was too high for our liking. Baby cot and high chair provided. The washing machine and dryer was very helpful! Mia provided washing liquid as well. It really felt like living at home with everything ready. The mosquitos…we were also very careful but on the second day realized the problem was that dozens of them were keen on staying on/around the front door, and impossible to prevent them from flying in while opening the door to get in. Our solution was spraying the insecticide provided before opening the door. We did that only once on the second day and did not have any problems thereafter. Mia also provided mosquito nets. Overall a very good stay and definitely recommended.

Outstanding apartment! Very calm neighborhood in toucheng with private parking in front of the house. At the same time very convenient for moving around between yilan, the northern coast, and taipeh. The apartment was very clean and spacey. We also appreciated very much the self-check-in.

很乾淨舒適的房源，有KTV、電動麻將、switch 、烤肉設備等應有盡有，大人小孩都喜歡。 房間很寬敞舒適，每間房都有衛浴適合不同家庭一起入住。

起床就看的到海很棒

Thank you forthe hospitality for the past few days. We really feel warm as if we are at home. Jean and her husband are very helpful and courteous. They offered help immediately when we need assistance. We have some trouble setting up the game but fortunately Jean husband assisted us immediately. So we get to use the wonderful amenities (Games and Karaoke available) Jean also went to the extra the mile to pick my family of 4 at the Yilan train station. There is 10 mins drive distance from her place. Throughout the journey she introduced Yilan to us and recommend places for us to visit. She is very knowledgeable about the area. I was amazed by the how big her place was. With 2 big bed room, 3 toilets, 1 cozy small corner and big living room and kitchen, it really spacious for us. We can relax at all corner at her place. There were bicycles available for us so we cycled to the nearby the university to hunt for food. Overall, This is a wonderful experience for me

Fantastic host. Recommended places to go, foods to try. Guided us on places to park our rented car. Replies quickly and is friendly. No complaints at all :-)

房東人真的很好，路上遇到還和我們介紹附近好吃的餐廳。住的地方距離沙灘、全聯、麥當勞、便利店、寶雅都很近，附近還有有名的芋冰城！民宿裡面還有ktv、電動麻將桌，在裡面待著也很舒服。下次再來宜蘭玩還會選這邊住！

住宿體驗超過100分，地點其實蠻方便的，距離喜互惠開車也才10分鐘以內，晚上也蠻安靜的，房子整體超有設計感，已經列入以後去宜蘭包棟的首選了，喜歡到還討論有沒有機會買下來XDD，房東回覆超快速讓人安心。 小小缺點：水壓有一點點不穩、刷牙的水杯要自己從廚房拿到房間、沒有毛巾只有提供大浴巾，希望有一個平底鍋跟料理剪刀，但瑕不掩瑜，謝謝房東提供了這麼好的空間讓我們留下美好回憶

環境清幽 適合很多人最多一起的地方

第二次回訪，仍然令人印象深刻，環境依舊舒適沒毛病，非常適合來宜蘭充電的旅人們！！

離海很近。可惜當天下雨 就沒有使用泳池了。房間舒適 像住在朋友家一樣

Beautiful property and great view. Wish we had stayed longer. Hosts were great to communicate with.

Clean, nice new building, instructions were very detailed and help get into the apartment. Has a garage space underground available, but I also did not have trouble finding street parking right in front of the building. Host provided a lot of nice extras. Wish I could have stayed longer.

這次取消外國旅程去宜蘭放鬆，沒想到就遇到這麼棒的物件！大樓很漂亮，進去房間後空間很大，香香的味道很舒服，乾淨且溫馨。 最棒的是有溫泉不但熱度夠也可以放鬆。 地點很好，有車的話非常推薦！ 如果開車來宜蘭要住不論一天或多天都非常推薦這邊。 Cyrus也隨時提供協助排除問題～

很靠近海樓下就是咖啡廳非常漂亮

The place was really convenient to walk to a lot of the attractions in Jiaoxi. The check in process was a tad confusing as the check in location is slightly different from the lodging location. Ching was really responsive so that was resolved quickly. Aircon was great and laundry is on a lower floor that needs 4 10yuan coins. The onsen/bathroom was basically a third of the living space which i personally enjoyed. Might feel a tad rusty but honestly its way better than the public ones. Thanks Ching for the great stay!

The apartment is awesome with nice surroundings. A pity it just rained non stop during my stay there. I hope to be back one day during summer
