VALLS 1, located on a 19th century building, is a 2015 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 20 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 1st floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. A fantastic apartment with 4 single beds. The apartment is very quiet and have balcony. No smoke inside of apartment. Keys box for self checkin. We will pass the password 3 days before the trip . The adults guests ( over 16 years old) need pay 9.5€ per person per night for the city tax. It’s not include in rental, need pay cash when the guests arrive at apartment. The adults guests ( over 17 years old) need pay 6.25€ per person per night for the city tax. My cleaner lives near around the apartment building, she can take care of our guests all the time.
