The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

Thina is such a great host, she is very responsive at all times, she makes sure to address your concerns/questions. Her place is so lovely and clean. Some of the items are old and suggest to replace/remove stain if still possible as it’s not appealing to use like the microwave, Thina was so kind to respond immediately and ensured that microwave is clean, but we just decided not to use the microwave as it has old yellow stains already. We just did not like the building policy that anyone who needs to go up and stay for a few hours still needs to pay Php250 per head, we had an event and needed for hair and makeup artists to go up just for 2hrs but still needed to reg and settle Php250 per head. Also if you have visitors, that will visit you just for few hours, be prepared for the “registration fee” of the bldg that doesn’t make any sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Thina’s unit, it’s just that we did not like the bldg policy about reg fee and fees for using amenities.

Ria’s place is perfect — a beautifully nature-themed unit that feels like a hidden gem on an island or in a serene countryside. It’s amazing how she was able to create such a refreshing ambience in a small space. The unit is cozy, and I absolutely love the vibe. It’s not just a typical rental; it has a personal touch that feels fresh and thoughtfully curated. We truly had a great stay, and I’d definitely love to book again next time.

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Ella Düsseldorf Germany April- May - June 2025 My family and I had fabulous and long stay in Rosalie’s place.Beautifully maintained and comfortable unit. Very spacious. Love the two bedroom and bathroom and balconies.Complete kitchen needs really perfect for long stay. There is a laundry mat and convenience store- honestly you got all the things you need- in one place. The building is stunning. Very secure and safe. The view of the City from the rooftop is amazing. Gina is very accommodating and fast to respond. Thank you once again Rosalie and Gina for hosting us. Superb place! Highly recommended. I will definitely book again.

The host had an attention to detail. Everything was clean. My only complaint would be that it smelt like mothballs. But I got used to the smell after half an hour.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very nice, homey, and cozy—perfect for relaxing. The host’s instructions were clear and straightforward, which made check-in a breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, which made cooking easy and convenient (though we do wish there was an air fryer!). Bonus points for the beautiful sunset views from the unit—absolutely stunning! Overall, it’s a solid 10/10, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Place is beautiful and clean. Honestly a pretty good deal considering the view and the private pool. Beds were comfy, all appliances were functional, and caretakers were very kind and accommodating. The billiards table and the board games added a lot of fun to our stay too. Would recommend 100%.

The unit is clean & comparing to another unit my friend was occupying mine has a lot of amenities compared to hers. Tina responds right away to my text. I will definitely recommend this unit & if ever go back I will rent the same place.

Napakaresponsive ni host. If you have any concerns, very accomodating siya. One of the reasons why i book his place. :) If you’re looking for a place to relax, i’ll recommend this. Malinis yung place, cozy yong vibes, halos complete na sila, mula sa kitchen pati sa mga towels. Hotel feels ang dating. Price is reasonable din. Worth every penny. Whatever you see in the pictures is exactly the same in person. Madali lang din ang check in and checkout process nila. Hindi ka rin mahihirapan hanapin yung place kasi detailed yung instructions.
