I have had other experiences on Airbnb, but without a doubt this time was the best reception I have ever been given in all experiences. From the reception upon arrival at the place, the condition of the apartment, which was extremely organized and clean, and even with some "treats" for me and my family during the stay. Not to mention the location, which is exceptional!!! No doubt, when I think about going back to Campos de Jordão, I'll want to stay at this location.

I had a great experience at Kátia and José's airbnb. The apartment is extremely clean, cozy, the shower is wonderful, the bed extremely comfortable and the fireplace very easy to turn on. They were very kind and the communication was very clear. What impressed me the most was how they thought of everything, provided soaps, towels (those very good hotel ones), heaters in the bedroom and living room, and not to mention that there was coffee and toast in the kitchen. The location is also perfect, it is a 10-minute drive from Capivari Park and around the condominium it is very wooded and private. A very quiet and relaxing place. I highly recommend it!

The condominium is very beautiful, the apartment is also very good and we really liked the accommodation. The only thing is that it is far from the center and the ideal is to go by car, for those who go by car it is a great excellent option.

Very complete apartment, clean and tasteful environment, with heating that makes all the difference to the place. Very clean blankets, sheets and towels. Very well-equipped kitchen with everything you'll need for your stay. The strongest point is being very close to the capybara and at the same time being in a very quiet and peaceful place. Located in the midst of the exuberant nature of Campos do Jordão. Amazing view, very comfortable apartment, cozy and with a beautiful view. It accommodated my family of 5 very well. The hotel service is very good, breakfast and the food in the restaurant is very good. Heated and covered pool, which in the city is very important because of the climate. I couldn't be more perfect the trip I made with my family to this house!! It was an amazing experience! Mrs. Junia, Mr Cleiton and Mrs. Maria were extremely friendly and helped us with absolutely everything! The house is spotless! Extremely spacious with its 4 very comfortable bedrooms, large bathrooms with an excellent hot bath, fully equipped and clean kitchen. The outside then... it felt like a club! Fully equipped barbecue area along with a really cool game room, a green area that our dogs loved, a tennis court we played for hours! The house is so amazing that on one of the days of the trip we decided not to leave so we could enjoy it. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends!

The stay was great!! The house exceeded expectations in terms of quality and cleanliness. Very good rooms, with bed and bath linens; perfect barbecue area for those who like to barbecue; very nice view of the house, with a lot of nature around it. The only real downside was the fact that the location shown on airbnb did not match reality. Airbnb shows that the house is located right in front of downtown Campos. However, the address is actually about a 10-minute drive from the center (without traffic). But this issue was soon clarified by the owner who reported that it was a problem with the ZIP code and was seeking to correct it. Even so, the stay was excellent! And Andrea was always very helpful. I highly recommend it.

The house is on beautiful land, facing Pedra do Baú and the São Bento do Sapucaí valley. Despite being far from the city, the landscape, the silence and the possibility of getting to Bauzinho on foot, in a short distance, is very much worth it. Another highlight is the structure of the house, which is complete for those who like to cook and very comfortable, for those looking to rest. The communication and attention from Nelson and Carlinhos, the caretaker, were essential for us to arrive at the house well-guided and also at the entrance and other needs and questions. For those seeking peace, a beautiful view and pleasant days in the mountains, it is a great choice.
