Beachfront vacation rentals in Sant'Elpidio a Mare

We waren blij met het ruime appartement. De tweede slaapkamer is tevens woonkamer. Dat is te zien op de foto’s maar dat hadden we ons niet gerealiseerd. Falconara zelf viel ons wat tegen, maar Ancona en Senigallia waren erg leuk om te bezoeken. Maria Rosaria is zeer vriendelijk en communicatief, ook al was ze zelf niet ter plaatste. Dat was geen enkel probleem omdat ze altijd snel reageert.

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo sentiti accolti e siamo stati davvero benissimo, come a casa, il posto è bellissimo , piacevole e tranquillo. Lo consiglio estremamente. La casa è pulitissima e anche senza aria condizionata è fresca per la sua posizione, nonostante la piccola salita è a pochi passi dal mare, e , se la salita non volete fare un autobus potete trovare!🙃 . ringrazio ancora Domenico e Pamela.

Casettina graziosissima con vista collina e appennino. Un risveglio nella natura e nel verde. Casa organizzatissima con fornelli, accessori, fornetto frigo lavatrice e phon. Ottima pulizia. Noi abbiamo usufruito anche del lettino da campeggio per la bimba. Posti auto comodo e posizione ottima per mare e senigallia (tutto a max 10 minuti in macchina). Tiziana e Corrado, gentilissimi padroni di casa. Torneremmo volentieri!

¡El alojamiento de Angela es espectacular! Es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Con vistas al mar y acceso a la playa a menos de 5 minutos andando. Fuimos 2 parejas con niños y , al tener 2 baños y una amplia cocina y salon, estuvimos increiblemente cómodos. Fácil de aparcar en la misma calle de la casa. La comunicacion con Angela ha sido muy eficiente. Contesta en menos de 3 horas y está muy pendiente de que todo esté a tu gusto. Nosotros necesitabamos una cuna de viaje y nos la facilitó sin problema. Si vuelvo a la zona, repetiré sin dudarlo.

Beautiful refurbished apartment for a couple or a small family. Very clean and tidy and comfortable place to stay in with amazing view of the San Giorgio Harbour on the right and beautiful beach on the left. A walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, also with approximately 15 min walk to the central town and railway station. Matteo and Anna Chiara were very kind, very helpful and promptly responsive to any questions and requests we had and we felt comfortable in this property. They are fantastic hosts, thank you again for taking care!

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen in Sirolo. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man kurz vorfahren und dann das Auto parken ( dafür gibt es einen Ausweis ) . Danach braucht man das Auto nicht mehr. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden kommt man zu Fuß - allerdings ist der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich weil es bergauf geht. Der kleine Pool und die Aussenküche sind einzigartig ,

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Alloggio confortevole, pulito e curato nei minimi particolari. Host disponibile , chiaro e cordiale. Ci tornerò alla prima occasione.

L'alloggio è esattamente come descritto e come in foto, pulito, provvisto di tutto il necessario, con parcheggi immediatamente davanti e un bel giardino privato. La spiaggia, la piscina e il bar ristorante sono vicinissimi e tutto il villaggio è molto curato. Molto consigliato!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Un angolo di pace da cui godere un panorama stupendo tra gli Appennini ed il mare. Appartamento curato e dotato di tutti i comfort, vicinissimo al medievale centro storico di Montepagano. Vacanza indimenticabile e da consigliare a tutti

Potrei descriverla con un semplice: “wow” . Posto davvero incantevole e casa stupenda. Curata nei minimi particolari con una bellissima vista mare. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e posso solo dire che mi sono sentita come a casa mia. La casa ha superato tutte le mie aspettative, è stata calorosa, molto pulita e accogliente ( come anche l’host Angelica, che la ringrazio infinitamente) . Era dotata di tutto il necessario, forse anche più del dovuto! Si trovano raramente questi gioiellini, quindi posso solo che consigliarla! Un posto davvero incredibile!!!😍 Ritornerò sicuramente 😊😊

Appartamentino carino con affaccio sul mare, attrezzato con tutto l'occorrente per la tua vacanza. L'host Silvia molto gentile e disponibile, è stato proprio come essere a casa mia.. Consiglio vivamente per una vacanza all'insegna del mare e della tranquillità!

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank

L'appartamento di Massimo è molto funzionale, dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e comodissimo perchè a pochissimi metri dal mare. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e Massimo si è reso sempre molto disponibile nonostante non fosse presente in quei giorni. Consiglio assolutamente!

Sehr gute Lage mit Ausblick auf das Meer. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse und am Strand verbracht. Für uns sollte es auch ein reiner Strandurlaub werden, was auch super gelungen ist. Auf der Terrasse hatten wir den ganzen Tag Sonne. Die Außenbeleuchtung der Wohnung, die Zimmer, die offene helle Küche und die Terrasse waren schon etwas besonderes. Einfach gesagt, wir haben uns sehr wohl und zufrieden gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zum entspannen wirklich zu empfehlen!

Appartamento top! Dalla posizione, alla pulizia, consigliatissimo!!

L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso,con diverse tipologie di illuminazione ( tanta cromoterapia), meravigliosa è la posizione praticamente sulla spiaggia. anche il terrazzo è ben attrezzato con salottino e tavolo con sedie....una cosa che ho molto apprezzato è che compreso nel prezzo ci sia un ombrellone con 2 sdrai nella spiaggia proprio di rimpetto e come se non bastasse il bar/ristorante sotto casa merita davvero( ristorante Filippo).. volevamo una vacanza rilassante con ogni confort e l'abbiamo avuta...ps: non perdetevi l'alba dalle immense vetrate della zona giorno. L'host è stato molto disponibile sempre!

Etwas hervorzuheben fällt mir schwer da ich rundherum sehr zufrieden war. Andrea war sehr angenehm und zuverlässig. Selbst als es ein kleines Problem gab war er am Sontag Morgen sofort mit einer Lösung zur Stelle. Die Wohnung war top und die Lage spricht für sich. Meine Aufenthalt war herrlich und ich würde jeder Zeit nochmal dort buchen.
