Villa vacation rentals in Santarém District

The place is a bit away of everything. For that it is very relaxing staying there! The couple owner gave a lot of love to the apartment which one can fell when entering the place! We cannot thank the owner enough for hosting us! It was a pity that we did not stay long at this address! We highly recommended!

Excellent home for a retreat with friends. Quiet and secluded location. The house is equipped with everything and more. Sónia was always very helpful with information, and always helped regardless of the time. Very flexible check-in. I highly recommend it if you want a place to rest.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Monte da Courela. The space is very nice and has many amenities: kitchen spices, toys for children, books, 2 televisions. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed: we asked for a crib and in addition to the crib, we had a baby bath towel. In addition, each room had a bathroom, which, for a large group with children, translated into a very comfortable stay. A special thanks to Carla, she was always available for any questions. We'll be back!

I went to meet my brother and his family to spend Christmas together , Maria Helena was vey flexible and friendly, explained that party wasn’t aloud as described but a family meeting would be welcome because Christmas is a special occasion, we had a wonderful family dinner, place is absolutely stunning, Maria Helena and her husband are very friendly and Helpful. Maria Helena showed around and explained how to use the facilities. The house is big and beautiful, kitchen has everything we need , weather was cold because the winter but the place has heating and 2 wood fire and enough wood to burn inside and outside if need . Stunning mountains view. I recommend anyone who goes hire a car to explore around . The Nazaré beach is stunning ( famous for the highest waves in the world) . Villages around ate beautiful snd clean , it stands out for the oranges , small trees with oranges everywhere, locals also put bags of oranges around in fences for free , we enjoyed oranges from her garden .

We had a wonderful stay at Cantinho dos Rizos! It was the perfect spot for a family weekend—peaceful, cozy, and full of charm. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the space had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Highly recommend!

It was easy to find and is in a very quiet location. It's good when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, everyday life and work. The pool is wonderful and Nélia is very friendly ☺️

On the first day the light went down several times but it was nothing that was not resolved ,the house was clean,the space outside calm and comfortable,has all necessary utensils,last night we decided to extend the space to another night and Anabela was 5 stars,responded quickly and was super friendly! Very nice place and I certainly don't regret it. I highly recommend it.

everything is great, pleasent place for holiday

It was a fantastic stay with family and friends. The house is wonderful, according to what is shown in the photos and description. Joaquim was attentive and responded quickly at all times. Super-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, clean and large bathrooms. Nothing negative to note.

Rita and Paulo were wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Genuinely friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. We absolutely loved our stay and all the amenities that were available at our disposal to use. We only left ‘the compound’ for food supplies and spent our two weeks playing board games, billiards, ping pong, foosball, swimming on the beautiful pool, and chilling out inside (which was incredibly temperate, even though the days were hot). We cannot thank Rita and Paulo enough. We made many wonderful memories during our stay. It was exactly what we needed during the school holidays, and as a respite to our small apartment in Lisbon. Thank you, Rita and Paulo! ♥️

Very spacious house with amazing views. We had a bachelorette party, but you could also go with family and enjoy a few days of vacation.

Great stay, exactly as decribed and very clean and lovely house. Jorge and his wife were very friendly, flexible and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if dont mind being a drive outside of Lisbon.

Wonderful vacations We are a family of ten and we have spent 14 fantastic days in august 2024 at Joao’s family house at Salvaterra de Magos. The house is very big ( as presented in the pictures), very calm., very confortable (including excellent mattresses ) , very clean and with breathtaking views of fields mountains and birds. It is so well oriented that we did not suffer at any moment of heat . Almost no need to use the air conditioner The kitchen is big , functional and fully equipped with all necessary stuff The pool and gardens are wonderful and very well maintained as in the pictures It is close to all facilities and supermarkets and with very easy access for excursions on the Tajo river and to Lisbon area . The only inconvenient for us were the mosquitoes at the sunset . We would like to thank Joao for letting us sharing his wonderful family house , for his kindness and politeness and allowing us to have these wonderful vacations !!

Our stay at Quinta do Tojal was simply amazing! The farm is super spacious, very well maintained, beautiful and impeccably clean. Ideal for large groups – there were 10 of us and everyone loved it. Luisa was an exceptional host: always friendly, available and helpful from the first contact. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!

Herdade da Maxuqueira is a spectacular place that I hope to be able to return. The interior and exterior areas are very well cared for, equipped and comfortable for the number of people who stay overnight. In addition, Sofia was a great guest always available for any questions that arose. I highly recommend it.

Amazing house and view

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday with the family in the nice quinta of Konrad which is situated in a quiet and beautiful area in the Portuguese countryside. The owner lives near the villa and is very discreet and ready to help.

The house is very nice, it's even better in person. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious with different decorations. A very well-prepared pool and barbecue area, although we couldn't enjoy the pool due to the weather. There is also an attic with billiards, chess, piano and TV where you can have a good time. The only thing that I think is scarce is the heating, as the radiators on the ground floor are very large and not sufficient. I also have to say that they offered us firewood for the fireplace. There are also common areas that have ping pong, soccer, a children's park. A very quiet area and close to many places to visit. Our stay was great and we were treated very well.

If you're looking for a home from home, then this is the villa for you and your family/friends! This amazing spotlessly clean property is large, light and airy located up in the hills of Leiria and had everything we needed (the kitchen was extremely well equipped!!) to make our stay very comfortable. There was an assortment of games at our disposal (both indoors and outdoors) for all the family to enjoy....and we did! 🙂 The villa is a short drive from Leiria town which has a very large supermarket, shops and restaurants. Our host Luis kindly left us a selection of local fresh cakes for us upon arrival. He was very quick to respond to any queries we had, and before our arrival sent us lots of useful recommendations on restaurants, places to go etc. We highly recommend this accommodation and the very welcoming hospitality. We had a wonderful time at Casa Jasmim dos Poetas. The house was even better than the pictures, and very comfortable. The garden is gorgeous, with a stunning view and perfect pool for cooling down. We found a local (3 min drive) bakery in Chancelaria for croissants, pastries and fresh bread (go early!). A perfect location for a family holiday and a great base to explore the wider area. Spectacular experience. The house is very beautiful and comfortable. Perfect for 5 people. It has everything you need to have a very good vacation. It has a spectacular view of the Alentejo plain and a spectacular swimming pool. We'll be back!

Ideal space to rest and make the most of the terrace area - barbecue/pool. The kids loved it and the adults did too. We hope to return soon. Thank you João!
