Beachfront vacation rentals in Santander

I would recommend this place to anyone. José was a wonderful host. He welcomed us to check in, explained everything to us and later sent us a lot of helpful tips and recommendations. Communication was always quick and friendly. It couldn't have been better. I was traveling with my mom and dog. The property was completely fenced, so I could let my dog run free. Everything was very central and within a few minutes walking distance. Absolutely recommended. We really enjoyed our vacation there. Also for surfing you could visit the nearest town Ajo within 15 minutes, which had a great surf school. Activities such as trail running or hiking are also very easy to do :) All in all highly recommended.

Ideal location right next to the beach & in walking distance to all things Somo. This is a beautiful area & a great jumping off place for exploring Cantabria. The apartment is very comfortable, clean & described accurately. Our only negative is that this place is managed by a seemingly large company lacking a personal touch - the text messages we sent were responded to by an AI bot that wasn't always accurate with information & they were not at all flexible with our checkout time. They wanted us to pay for an additional hour stay even though we had rented for a week. Otherwise a great experience & would highly recommend!

The apartment is perfect. The best view from the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are perfect. Close to the beach and restaurant zone. Elena was helpful with the queries we made and they were all facilities. 100% recommended

Belen's apartment exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need to spend the perfect stay. The decor is very nice and cozy. They left us welcome details upon our arrival (breakfast, coffee...) Very good location, beaches very close, as well as bars, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Belén is an excellent host, very attentive to anything we might need. We will definitely repeat, it is a highly recommended accommodation!!

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt right at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary amenities around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

we are three adults with a dog. enclosed property, the owner himself has a small (well-tolerated) dog, you can tell. Dog blanket on couch and dog bed available, Apartment very clean, tastefully furnished, everything works, wonderful well-kept garden with beautiful hedge as a privacy screen to the street, good grill, 2 good garden loungers, parasol, dining area, in addition breathtaking view from the balcony over the village into the countryside, the best beds (mattresses) I've had in a vacation apartment in years, complete peace at night, The town of Somo does not offer much but Santander is very nice to reach via a small ferry, The beach is huge, finest sand, is cleaned, bathing area monitored, dogs (although prohibited on the beach during the day) were tolerated in June, crystal clear water Beach within walking distance in about 15 minutes via various paths through a pine grove. it was wonderful - thank you Jesus!!

I will definitely be back in Suances and if America has her apartment available, I'll be there. The apartment is beautiful, with good views, and a good location (near the promenade). It has all the comforts to make you feel at home. He even left us bread, muffins, and coffee... all so that you can have breakfast the next day (and a few more days). America welcomed us with all the kindness in the world, explained everything about the apartment and its surroundings, and was attentive to the phone if we needed anything. We took home a wonderful memory and want to repeat.

Great place to stay. Sergio was a brilliant and responsive host. Beach was so close by with others close driving distance. Pool was amazing and our 1 year old enjoyed the baby pool. No shops in walking distance was the only downside.

We felt right at home. Manuel was very kind and helpful from the time of booking. My partner and I went with the child for a few days to get closer to Cabárceno and it was a success, it was very close and in the area we had everything.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. The pool and its deckchairs are a plus. The view is beautiful and crossing the river at low tide to reach the city on the other side is a great experience. We also appreciated the food as a welcome gift and especially the cookies! 😋

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location, family of 6 had a fantastic holiday. 5min walk down to the beach for paddle boarding and kayaking. Lots of beautiful walks across the cliffs and great cycling routes from the villa, including a stage from La Vuelta! Only thing we'd change would be to have pool towels and a few basic food ingredients. A welcome pack would have been a bonus, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil etc. Oswaldo was a very friendly host and always answered any messages instantly.

We were very comfortable in the apartment, it has everything you need to spend a few days and I would highlight above all the location, it is close to everything, beach, supermarket, areas of interest... Highly recommended

It's been a fantastic few days. The house is in a perfect location, with very nice sea views and a lot of peace and quiet. The house was perfect and Adolfo was attentive to everything at all times. Definitely a place where my family and I will want to return.

The house is very nice for adults and children alike, the area is quiet and has incredible views. We had a problem with an appliance and the owner tried to fix it as soon as possible. In addition, we were able to enter the accommodation before the indicated time and leave later as well, since there were no tenants the days before and after. It was a detail that we greatly appreciated.

Great place to stay in Somo! Would 100% recommend staying at Sandras place and we will be back! The appartment is super close (1min walking) to the beach and all nice places in Somo. Super clean, everything you need is there (even spices& oil, shampoo etc.) We felt super comfortable and Sandra was always super helpful and responsive when we needed her. The wifi also works great in case you need to work! 10000% can recommend :)
