Comfortable and homey stay at Ian’s in a beautiful and quite neighborhood steps from downtown Santa Barbara. The location was amazing! The home was just as described and for a great price!

Great location, great place to stay. We have stayed here a few times and it’s always clean and the amenities are great.

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

Die Wohnung war super, wir waren zubzweit auf einer Geschäftsreise. alles war wie beschrieben, die Lage gut. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein hervorragendes Café und Rösterei, The Dune. Wichtig zu wissen, das Haus ist schon älter, d.h. es ist nicht mit einem modernen Hotel vergleichbar. Es ist eher wie eine Ferienwohnung. die Einrichtung ist toll und mit viel Liebe ausgewählt. ich würde die Einrichtung als old school beschreiben. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!!!!

Sandy and Joy’s place was fabulous! The home is comfy and centrally located to the downtown area and beaches. The rooftop deck was a great spot for our family to hangout and enjoy the sun and sunsets. Joy is very easy to work with and is very responsive to requests. We’ll stay here again on a future Santa Barbara trip.

We've been to some luxury AirBnb's and I actually liked Harvey's place better. It has the vibe of what AirBnb was all about years ago -- a simple charming local place, fit for the area, with all that's needed for a very comfortable stay. And the garden! The garden is beautiful. We had our breakfasts there and that really started the day right. Thanks for hosting us!

What a sweet casita. It was very clean and comfortable for our family. We cooked lots of breakfast and lunches there. Two different grocery stores are an easy walk away. I was worried that the proximity of the freeway would be a huge turn-off, but with the windows closed it didn't bother us much. We didn't use the back patio because of the noise. Directions were good, but it took a while to verify the parking spot adjacent to unit was marked with #7 in faint white paint. Be careful pulling into the narrow driveway, especially turning right into it. Our rental car may have left some paint behind on the corner. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay in Santa Barbara for our daughter's graduation.

Cathy’s place is a gem! Beautiful and in a peaceful location. We were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.

Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. Plenty of space for our large family. Clean, quiet and exactly as listed and represented in photos. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We were in Los Alamos for my daughter's wedding at the Maker's Son. The location of the Centennial House was perfect, it was just a short walk to the venue. The house was absolutely gorgeous, and Kat's attention to detail is evident throughout. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for helping our family experience a beautiful weekend!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was extremely clean and included all the amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. Using the August app to lock/unlock the front door was a breeze and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area!

This is a second time booking this place and it never disappoints. Everything is in a walkable distance, dog friendly, spacious private yard, and a lot of room to be able to fit your family. I would definitely book again, my weekend was extra special with my family with this booking. Thank you!

One improvement I would suggest to David is to have an outside light at the front gate. It's kind of dark at night when we walk back to the house at night after the dinner.

Brooke’s home was INCREDIBLE. It had everything you would want to make it feel like home away from home. Especially traveling with kids, Brooke had everything you could need for the 0-5 age range. Brooke was an incredible host, proactive and super communicative. Her place was also impeccably decorated and so comfortable. We hope to stay here again and absolutely worth every penny of our stay! Highly recommend!

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch enjoying the view and watching all the happenings on the beach, talking to neighbors and the staff at Slappy’s next door and our evening campfires. We will definitely be staying here again! There are 2 parking spots in the garage ideal for smaller cars or SUVs and a lot across the street that charges $20 a day where we parked our Tundra.

The other reviews are spot on. This place is pristine. Best value I found vs. a hotel room, plus you get a full kitchen and separate living room. They even have bonuses like coffee there for you and champagne. There are fans in both rooms, plus an extra fan in the closet in case you need it. Plenty of towels, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, makeup remover washcloth, extra blankets and pillows. Even a red wine decanter and shot glasses just in case. They literally thought of everything. I brought my 9 year old son with me, so loved all the extra security with the keypads on the gates, extra locks on the doors, etc. There is a closed garage for your car. Absolutely loved my stay and couldn’t recommend this property more highly. Melanie was even gracious enough to extend help to a local friend. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

Absolutely loved my stay at Amber’s place! The beach is right down the street, and the space felt perfect in size. It’s just like a master bedroom! I’m so glad there were coat hangers, and a dresser because I always overpack and had a ton of clothes I didn’t want wrinkled. I will definitely be coming back!

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

The place was very nice and clean and the instruction to find the place was very accurate. Make sure to read the notes shared to find the property as it is a little confusing to find the property if you only rely on the google map. The instructions make it very easy to find it. The property was nice, clean, big, and had all the things we needed and we definitely want to go back. The host is very responsive even when I messaged him at 11 pm and the property is 5 minutes from the beach.

We had a great stay with Avi, visiting our son at UCSB, and will for sure be back! After several visits staying at hotels we wanted something where we could cook and have more down time space but still be close to downtown. Avi’s place was perfect - he was super responsive, the apartment looked exactly at pictured and the location can’t be beat. As a bonus the bed was super comfortable. :) Would highly recommend!
