Recently renovated in late 2016, more than 4.300 sqf (+ 400 m2) house available to guests. It has 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 with its own bathrooms each. Here you can enjoy the cozy living room with chimeney and a fresh inner yard with BBQ, all the spaces of the house are very spacious and comfortable to enjoy with family and friends. The house is 2 blocks away of the famous Kennedy Park, Lima's tourist center where there are many restaurants and a great nightlife.

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.
