lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

We spent the days of Easter in Antonio's house and we had a great time, we can't wait to come back. The location is great and the group's room distribution for the 7 was perfect (5 Adults and two Children), even our pet has enjoyed a world on our morning hikes. Antonio has always been attentive, he gave us a lot of flexibility for both CheckIn and CheckOut, as well as many local recommendations.

This is the second time we've stayed here, this time during bathing season. Marga has made improvements to the house, such as the ping pong table, the outdoor umbrella, and the entrance door. The owner takes care of the details, she is very attentive to everything you need. We had a great time over the weekend. We don't rule out coming back someday 😉

Fantastic stay. Stefano is an excellent host - responsive, thoughtful, decent, kind. He even bought a brand new travel cot mattress for our 7 month old prior to arrival! The place is incredible, lovely pool and garden. Short drive to the beach in a safe gated community. Can highly recommend for families.

The apartment was really nice, modern standard with private pool and lots of places to hang out at. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, everyting brand new. Sypermarket right next to it. 7 minute walk to the beach with lots of restaurants. Can highly recommend it!

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Albufereta is a lovely peaceful resort, amazing beach and great Tram service for travelling to other areas. 2 huge supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes. Juan's apartment is fantastic with a huge balcony (very safe as enclosed by windows which you can open) looking directly onto the beach and sea. The apartment block, swimming pool, garden and tennis courts are immaculate and the apartment itself has everything you could possibly need and more. We were often the only people in the pool. It was perfect and we had a lovely holiday. Juan was great at communicating and was very flexible. Thanks Juan for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Augustin was flexible with our check-in, so we could comfortably settle in before the scheduled time. He gave us great advice on what to do and gave clear instructions on how the apartment worked. The apartment in itself was clean and even prettier than the pictures, and the kitchen was spacious and had all necessities. The location was great, everything was within walking distance or easy to get to with public transportation. It was a great stay and I would love to revisit.

Maria looks great! She arranged for both check-in and checkout! The apartment is 15 minutes from the center but there is everything nearby (supermarket, bar/restaurant, pharmacy and the beach). The view from the apartment is perfect and the apartment matches the description. I highly recommend it!!

Lily is the perfect host - she responds quickly, courteous and extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is ideally located: literally in front of the beach, fifteen minutes from downtown Alicante, with restaurants and supermarket a few meters away and with road connections to multiple villages and places of interest. We have been in this apartment six years ago, three we rented another in Playa del Postiguet but now we have returned to Urbarelax for all the attributes mentioned. Lily knows how to interact with her guests in a warm way and with a high sense of responsibility and understanding. Our Urbarelax experience is still fantastic.

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

I enjoyed spending almost 5 weeks here for a combination of work and vacation. Philip and Ilze are incredibly friendly, respond quickly, and have a lot of knowledge of the area, so they are packed with tips! Because the weather was so nice, I didn't use the sauna:) but the pool was lovely. Recommended if you are looking for peace and beautiful nature!

Very quiet area, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi was spectacular. Peter was always available if we had any questions.

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

Fina our host, who is ultra friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, was quick to respond for any questions and cooked us all (12 guests) a fabulous paella . We were delighted to receive fresh eggs every morning to make a large Spanish omelette enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning before we got up. It’s a fab place for a large family gathering.

Lovely stylish villa with great pool area. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Lots of equipment in the walk in cupboard, such as an air fryer, pool floats etc.,Location was great with a 15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars & shops. If I had to have a negative it would be that although kitchen is full of cupboards with ample crockery etc there wasn’t enough space for food storage. We all enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this lovely home.
