My brother and I had a great stay at Eloisa's place. The instructions are clear and it's stress free. The said amenities is also complete. The best part of our stay is the view in the pool area and the relaxing time during night since we can watch movie in our bed. Thank you so much, Ms. Eloisa. Jireh accomodated us even it's last minute booking. He even helped us looked for a parking slot. Unit is pet friendly. Place is clean but some part of the building like hallways and elevator is a bit dusty but we do understand that there are repairs and on going construction in some other units. Internet is fast. Overall, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

We loved the place because it was within walking distance of the university and the church. The entire unit was very clean, and the location was close to restaurants yet quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and accommodating to our requests. Highly recommended!

Found this listing last minute, and they were able to adjust to accommodate us. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great having our family visit us there! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive throughout. The spot was exactly as described—clean, and comfortable. Even though it was a short stay, everything we needed was available, from fresh towels to clean linens. The location was convenient, perfect for having our family come over. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay for Our Group of 13! Our stay at LET'S STAY in DELSA MANSION was nothing short of amazing! We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

Wonderful experience! The unit was absolutely spotless ans beautifully decorated. +100 stars for the fully-equipped kitchen and complimentary snacks. It was so nice to find a place that welcomed our dog at cat.

The place looked exactly like the photos. Everything was clean, tidy, and ready for me when I checked in, so it felt welcoming right from the start. The hosts were also great—very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Great central place to stay in makati

2nd time booking the place for an araneta coliseum concert and still super satisfied! :) Walking distance, has lots of food options nearby - unit is also complete with necessities and has a superb ambience! Me and my husband super love the place and we had a wonderful stay. Our trip to Manila was extremely convenient, memorable and unforgettable because of the great place. The unit was as describe, very clean with the terrific view of Manila bay. Everything was perfect and we wish to be back. Great deal, great place, stunning view and the area has everything you need- near the Robinsons Mall with lots of restaurants and convenient stores around plus easy access to anywhere you wanna go.

This place was a great stay in Makati. The building was quiet and accessible with great amenities. The area is relatively safe and walkable. The apartment was in good condition and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable.
