Had a great stay, the cottage is sparkling clean and has everything you need. A nice private terrace and Livia is super hospitable and has good tips for what to do in the area. We had a great time, thank you!

Lucia is a caring host and attentive to the needs of guests! We felt right at home. The accommodation is characteristic, well-kept, super clean and offers the right level of privacy. The outdoor space makes you feel lucky to have discovered a place surrounded by nature just a few minutes from the center of Ascoli. Ours was unfortunately a quick stay, but it left us with the desire to return to the house on the river as soon as possible. Thanks again to Lucia and her family for the wonderful experience.

We were looking for a quiet place to spend some time in complete relaxation and we found it. A breathtaking landscape surrounds the property along with the calm and tranquility of the Marche hills. The icing on the cake was the apartment's private pool. The place is really quiet, no noise except that of nature. The farmhouse is about a ten-minute drive from all the essential amenities. The farmhouse has a equipped kitchen, sheets/towels. Very important note the structure is pet friendly, my little dog was able to enjoy the vacation with us. I wanted to thank Marco who welcomed us with extreme kindness and left us valuable advice to orient ourselves in the area. The cake he made us find when we arrived was also very welcome. We hope to be back soon! Thanks again ❤️

The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

The accommodation was perfect. We especially enjoyed the great views and quiet location. We were very warmly welcomed by Ivana and her husband (local contact) and Suzanne was always friendly and easily accessible at all times. We will come back:)

The communication was great and the check-in was easy via lockbox. Manila even came by in the evening and brought us homemade cakes. We were very happy about the nice gesture and the delicious cake. The equipment of the apartment is new and as described. In particular, the air conditioning works perfectly and all windows have mosquito nets. There are seating options in the outdoor area, so you can make yourself comfortable there. Parking is right in front of the building and the location is a bit remote but very nice and quiet. Good base for exploring the area. There is only one gravel path to the accommodation, but it is easily accessible and you get good directions from Manila. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

At Pasquale's house we felt as if we were at home, the hosts welcomed us warmly and the house is not only in a great location to visit the surrounding villages but also enjoys an incredible view and unparalleled peace. We went with our dog and thanks to the garden and the location of the house he was able to stay calm and wander free without problems. We highly recommend it and will absolutely be back!
