Lisi is extremely kind and attentive, the apartment is perfect, privileged location close to supermarkets, Mundo Lugano, bus station, Casa do Colono (famous for bread with sausage). You can see the crooked street down the hall with a privileged view. It comfortably accommodates 6 people and you have access to the entire Wish Serrano hotel structure. I highly recommend it and I will definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful place! It has a very cute and comfortable private garden. The beds are great and the linens are clean. The loft is fully equipped and the street is very quiet. I was able to walk to the black lake to ride a paddle boat. I loved everything and wish I had stayed longer! The only difficulty was picking up the keys in downtown Gramado, because it was very crowded! But the keys were handed over at the loft itself at checkout
