Vacation rentals with a pool in Santa Maria del Mar

We stayed during my son's wedding and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with grass, a swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

The apartment of Renee and Marion is spectacular, overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and super well-equipped rooms. It is too incredible that each room has its own bathroom and additional has a guest bathroom, I think that Allow guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is more temperate because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

This home is absolutely stunning. The host was beyond accomofmdating and helpful. We never planned to leave to house and had no reason to. Truly enjoyed the pool, the views, and the amenities.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

Our stay at Marcelo's apartment was excellent. The place is very nice, it was impeccable and everything was perfectly equipped. Marcelo was very friendly and attentive at all times. We were a group of friends and we had an amazing time; the apartment is comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. Definitely a highly recommended experience.

I loved the place and that was very close to the beach. Beach view was a plus. The house is worth to rent specially if you want to enjoy with your family.

Gustavo is an excellent host, he gave us quite clear and accurate information, he was aware of our needs and his treatment is very friendly, his apartment has everything you need and the comforts to spend a quiet stay, the place is well distributed, organized and impeccable, it has a beautiful view towards the beach and you can rest listening to the sea, we had a great time and we love it. My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view facing the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily rhythm. In addition, the host was super friendly and helpful at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I'd love to go back to.

Nice and clean apartment, good location, easy to get to, it has everything you need to spend days relaxing, close to the beach and the condominium has pools you can use, which were clean and the surroundings of the condominium too, a quiet place.
