Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Maria del Mar

A very cozy place, spacious enough for a weekend with family or a group of friends, and the view is everything. The apartment is very well equipped, and there is security in the surroundings. Highly recommended.

Zo’s place is in a great neighborhood for walking to food and drinks and is very close to ocean views and parks, too. We even walked from the apartment along the coast and all the way to Kennedy Park in Miraflores. The apartment is adorable and charming decorated with fun decor (it looks better than the pictures). The water was hot, the kitchen had basic necessities, and there is plenty of space for hanging and storing clothes. Zo is also accommodating and responds quickly to messages. A few things to note that some people may care about: The beds are firm and so are half the pillows. The neighborhood is fairly quiet throughout the week although the sounds of a busy city are constant (shutting the bedroom doors helps!). During the weekend the neighborhood is very active, the neighbors had a party on Saturday and the local bars are playing music. Consider earplugs or melatonin if you need help sleeping through such things. There is a Dunkin and Starbucks down the block.

Beautiful apartment, super complete and super comfortable everything, Cristie responds very quickly to any questions and well friendly. Highly recommended if you want to spend a weekend or vacation on the beach with family or friends, the sea has direct access by stairs (3 floors of houses), you can grill on the depa, it has all the implements, there is everything nearby (as bodeguita nearby walking and restaurants tmb), everything is very good and nice 🫶🏻 recommended 🤝🏻 10/10

Nice place to escape a few days with your partner, 5 minutes from the beach walking , terrace with sea view and beautiful decor , recommended if you like the rustic style.

I really liked the little house, ideal for sharing with friends or family. Accessible to everything and you are close by several venues and shops. Claudia is super attentive to any questions and the directions on how to use everything in the super Claro casita. I liked to have the independence in key since it can be lost and the house is for several people. Excellent everything

The house was very nice, quiet place where you can rest and relax with the sound of the waves of the sea, we had a great time with the family and Mariana was very attentive at all times with the clear indications and recommendations of the place, she would definitely return.

My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view facing the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily rhythm. In addition, the host was super friendly and helpful at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Nice and clean apartment, good location, easy to get to, it has everything you need to spend days relaxing, close to the beach and the condominium has pools you can use, which were clean and the surroundings of the condominium too, a quiet place. Sarah the host always pending and lends a helping hand.
