Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Santa Margherita Ligure

The communication in advance was very nice, the check-in instructions were very detailed and made it easy to get to the family's property. Since the path is very steep and sometimes narrow, you may have difficulties with a lower car or a very wide car. That was not a problem for us (EQE). Arrived in Rapallo, we were warmly welcomed and shown the accommodation. Everything was as described - the property, the pool and the view were a dream. We experienced the communication with and hospitality of Valerio and his family as exceptional and therefore worth mentioning separately. They were always approachable and asked us if they could do anything for us. We also received recommendations on how to best get around Rapallo and the surrounding area or what to see. Overall, the accommodation and the hosts are highly recommended, we had a great vacation.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

We felt completely comfortable in the Villa Millin! The house is clean and lovingly maintained. Loredana was extremely friendly, always easily accessible and welcomed us warmly. The villa is fantastically beautiful in the middle of nature – a perfect retreat to relax. The property is spread over three levels: downstairs the house with several cozy seating areas, on the middle level a Hollywood swing with impressive views of the valley, and upstairs the pool area with lounging areas and a fantastic panorama of the surrounding countryside. The access is a bit adventurous, but well feasible – and the location compensates for it. We really liked everything, we didn't miss anything and would come back anytime. A small note: On weekends you can occasionally hear motorcycles from the street in the valley – but during the week and at night it is wonderfully quiet. Overall an absolutely recommended place to stay!

Laura is an amazing host and her house in the hills above Portofino is really a special, private place. She offers shuttle service as the house is only reachable by walk or her extra small car and you can always reach out to her for anything. She gave us great recommendations for the area and she and her family are such nice people. This place is a gem!

Very nicely landscaped property with great terrace with the possibility to grill. Everything new in the house and very clean! The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were always available and the way to the villa is by car and thanks to the great directions no problem. We enjoyed Rapallo very much. The only negative point for us was that you can hear the highway (no problem inside for sleeping.) Everything else is perfect!

I spent a week in the house with my 2 kids. This was definitely the best Airbnb experience I've had. The house has all you need for a very pleasant vacation. The view from the windows and the garden elevate the whole experience and the excellent communication with Raffaele, his tips and assistance were much appreciated. I'll come back!

Warm house and perfect hosting from Christian! We were very well received, and advised on the bus and train schedules nearby; Christian had even printed the bus schedules and took the time to explain the routes to reach the 5 Terre ☺️ Very clean house and very available and responsive host during our few requests! Impeccably maintained garden for dogs in particular (mowed grass and no spikelets🙏🏻) Thank you for everything, I highly recommend and will choose the same accommodation if I have to return to visit these beautiful villages!

The apartment was cosy and had everything we needed. The terrace was particularly nice, with great views to the square and market below. The location was perfect, close to everything and 5 mins from Chiavari station, making day trips along the coast very easy. Daniela was quick to respond to our questions and provided great recommendations, which helped make our stay more enjoyable.

This was the best house I've ever experienced on airbnb!First of all, the house is very artistic and Italian, whether it is a marble floor, or the decorations of the apartment, or the interiors of the ancient furniture, full of character, full of humanity and artistic colors, and even give me new inspiration for my own house decoration.Secondly, Elisabetta himself was warm and thoughtful, took care of it, not only gave us details about the use and details of the house, but also prepared breakfast for us, which was very, very thankful for her!Finally, Genoa is indeed a beautiful and charming port city, and if you are here, don't miss the square in the city center and the nearby Portofino, it is so heartening.

We had a great time in Stefano's apartment. The real plus of this apartment is the magnificent view of the sea and the town of Moneglia.

I'm so glad I found this place. The view was priceless, huge garden and a fantastic host. I really hope to be able to come back again!

Paola was the perfect host. She was available when we arrived late in the evening, she made sure we had everything we needed. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you need. It has a beautiful view and a garden terrace. Although the road is narrow, it is very easy to get there. Highly recommended especially for those who want to stay away from the city or the chaos of the beaches. A place where it will be nice to return

Nicoletta has a great renovated and furnished apartment, and we really enjoyed it the whole time. The apartment consists of two separate rooms and a very large kitchen/living room - and also a balcony and terrace. Everything is perfectly prepared, and Nicoletta is prepared for any questions and requests. We got help with questions about connections, tips for souvenirs, recommendations for excursions in the area and to Genoa and even toys for the kids, and immediately. Simply professional and outstanding! You should not just party or be loud here. Montebruno, by the way, despite its size, is a regional center and has everything for everyday needs. And the river is clean and you can swim in it wonderfully.

We really enjoyed our stay at Donatella and Erri's place. They welcomed us warmly and with a very fine Italian lemon cake made from their own lemons. The place was just right for the very warm time period when we were there. Spacious, clean, quiet, stylish and beautifully cool, as it is higher in the mountains and a little away from the urban noise. Everything you need was available. We were able to relax well. Donatella brought us fresh bed linen and towels to change after about 5 days. Our daughter was allowed to pick lemons from the lemon tree and also take some home. The Internet wasn't always there, but it wasn't that bad. The communication was very quick and easy. Thank you very much and all the best for the two of you.

We had a wonderful stay at Paolo's place. The place was very clean. The garden was wonderfully maintained and the neighbors were also very friendly. The pool was clean and the location very idyllic and perfect for hiking. The journey is a bit curvy but feasible. We often grilled and enjoyed the wonderful view. Paolo was always helpful and the check-in and out also worked smoothly. We highly recommend Paolo's house!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. spacious and well-equipped apartment, it enjoys a spectacular view. Angelo was always available and very kind, upon our arrival he gave a general overview of what to visit nearby and all the public transport that we could have taken without the need to move the car.

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

Large elevated villa with two terraces with beautiful views overlooking Lavagna and the sea. Very nice, clean, tastefully decorated. Barbecues and garden tables enjoyed. Parking in a plot below. We wish we could have put the car in the inner square yet available. A few bowls/dishes are lacking in dishes.

Absolutely wonderful stay in such a beautiful setting. The villa is beautiful - the hand painted tiles particularly are stunning. It is traditional and well equipped. The view is what you are staying for and that was incredible! We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace, eating our dinner and watching the world go by. I personally stayed in the back room where the train tracks are and I know some of the reviews mention this as an issue. I really found it absolutely fine, I had brought ear plugs which I wore (which I do normally) and it really didn't bother me. I actually quite enjoyed hearing the trains. I would say a car is needed for the villa, which we had. It would be fairly difficult to navigate without and it is approximately 250 steps up to the main road. Laura was amazing! So attentive and even got us some lovely treats as we were getting a late flight to Milan and then a long drive. Nothing was too much trouble.

Guiseppes place is amazing if you want to spend a nice holiday. The view of the sea is great and the house is very nicely furnished. We loved our stay and Guiseppe was very helpful, if there was any kind of problem.
