Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Lucía Hill

I gave it 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give it 10. From the closing of the reservation to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, he is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend it to everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches, to book without fear. It was spectacular, very easy to get to with two metro stations very close. The building staff are very friendly and helpful and provide a lot of security and peace of mind. There are shops of all kinds nearby and home delivery services from all platforms. In addition, the apartment has everything included, a heater, a very clean bathroom with enough towels, toilet paper and kitchen towels as well. Very well cleaned. From the balcony you can see part of the Andes, which is snowy at this time, and on the 10th floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Andes and the city

The apartment met our expectations to the fullest, matches her photographs and has everything you need for a pleasant stay, I went for a work meeting and promised to return for longer, it has very close to the Italian Quarter where I went to dinner and walk for a while, where there is a great variety of restaurants, shops and national crafts, Marco was very kind in his treatment and disposition. 100% Recommended for Quality/Price.

This is an excellent apartment. Location is perfect: within a few minutes walking to lots of restaurants, bars, museums, and the metro. The staff at the front are also great.

The stay was wonderful. The place is undoubtedly better than the photos. The view is incredible, the location is very good. A few steps from the Bella Vista courtyard, which gave us many options for lunch and dinner. Although the place is very busy at night, I found it to be a comfortable place without much noise. Impeccable towels and linens. All utensils available for quick meals. Perfect television and even better sound quality, it felt like a movie theater. I would definitely stay at this place several times. The host is super kind and thoughtful.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

The house is as shown in the pictures...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and also leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andres mountain range, it is heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Arriving in Santiago was very smooth and I had no difficulty accessing the building or entering the apartment, as the electronic lock was great in this regard. The apartment has a great location and is very close to Manuel Montt subway station, which makes it easy to get anywhere in Santiago. The balcony overlooks the Andes, but you can only see it when the weather is clear. The kitchen is very small and has a two-burner stove, which is nice for preparing breakfast. We had very cold days and the room heater was sensational. The Wi-Fi is very good and Netflix is available. The region also has pizzerias, cafes, markets, etc. Anyway, we hope to be able to stay there again in the near future.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
