The places was exactly as advertised. Good location, close to everything. The apartment is well equiped. Easy check in/out. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this place for short and long stays.

Perfect. Cozy, clean, modern, comfortable, with everything you need for a stay. I'm from the countryside, I loved the 22nd floor, incredible view of a big city with planes flying through the sky all the time. We love the experience. Gratitude. I would return whenever necessary, as the view is so incredible.

I had a great two-day stay in the apartment. The place was impeccably clean, with everything very well taken care of. The shower water was always hot, which made all the difference in the cold after a day of work. The kitchen is well-equipped, with great utensils that made my stay a lot easier. Another positive point was the silence in the building, ideal for those who need to rest or work with concentration. The trip was for work, and I certainly consider the possibility of returning soon. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful at all times. I recommend it!

Great pool place. Spent only one day. Felt a bit too much bureaucracy to enter the building but I guess this is all for safety. The furniture is a bit outdated but you get what you paid for. Overall was a good experience and for a short stay was worth it.

This home was a gem for our family to get some time together in an amazing location. The best area in São José dos Campos! Talita was a pleasure as a host and very gracious and courteous to us. Sergio and his father Edison were super attentive and proactive, I felt at home, they were very good days. And as everyone said about the reception with the fruit basket, it was perfect. The place is perfect, my husband and I love the place , we need this vacation break, we love all the privacy we had , the shower is warm, the house is clean and smelling, a good bed to rest, WONDERFUL swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot , Dona Fátima is amazing , her husband is super helpful, you feel so comfortable that you go away with the feeling of longing for a family member , we will definitely come back, there is everything close, shopping, market, restaurants , and two grills . We made a barbecue in the pool, look without words. Valeu every cent. Gratitude ❤️😘

We very much enjoyed our stay on the site of Alice. The house is beautiful and very spacious, much more than it appears in the photos. The site is very isolated and quiet. The pool is really amazing, we use it every day. The view and the night sky are breathtaking. The wi-fi sign is great! Somewhat restricted cellphone operator signal. Alice was very helpful in answering all my doubts. The housekeeper João was also very helpful when we needed it. I recommend and would be back for sure!
