Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Santa Fe Province

Maria's place is very nice. The only things to keep in mind are that there is a bell tower nearby that rings all day, which is a little annoying, and that the shower is very small. Everything else 10/10.

We went with my family and some friends of my family and the place is super comfortable, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended! Ana and Catriel were always attentive!

The house is more beautiful and bigger than what you see in the photos. It has all amenities. It's very safe and spacious. It is in a very quiet area. Highly recommended to visit Rosario or the region and look for a quiet stay away from the chaos of downtown.

Another point where I am very critical is the comfort of the mattresses and armchairs in general, and they really are very good. The house is in an area very close to the most touristy area of the city and very close to downtown as well. To recommend!

The photos posted are 100% real, but the truth is that living it is even more beautiful than in photos. I want to especially highlight Pablo's service, who received us at 10 pm with total kindness and willingness. He waited for us to personally hand us the key, took the time to explain every detail of the apartment's operation, and was thoughtful enough to leave us coffee, tea, sugar and other provisions that, being only 3 days, we would not have bought. Those kinds of gestures make a difference. The location is also excellent, close to everything and in a very quiet area. We thank both Pablo and the owner of the apartment for offering us such a well-kept and thoughtful space, even in the smallest details. We would definitely choose it again and recommend it 100%

The apartment is just as it looks and is described. All rooms have air conditioning/heating, with a spacious living room to share with family and/or friends. The kitchen is stocked. Federico as a host responded quickly, was flexible and was always available. It's definitely an apartment I'd go back to!

Very good stay. The apartment is very comfortable, tidy and clean with everything you need. The apartment's location is excellent in front of the Puerto and one block from the pedestrian San Martín. The views from the terrace are amazing. Gregorio is very attentive and both check-in and check-out are very agile.

Excellent apartment in a beautiful location. I highly recommend Juani's apartment. It's exactly as shown in the photos. The reception by his brother Leandro with accurate and very kind recommendations, was more than welcome. I highly recommend staying in this apartment to get to know the city of Santa Fe. For those of us from Buenos Aires, it's the closest thing to Puerto Madero you'll find. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and nice places to eat in the surrounding area.
