A lovely holiday in the apartment, well equipped facilities, comfortable bed, everything you need to spend a few days and enjoy the surroundings, one of the most beautiful in the city.

The apartment is just as it looks and is described. All rooms have air conditioning/heating, with a spacious living room to share with family and/or friends. The kitchen is stocked. Federico as a host responded quickly, was flexible and was always available. It's definitely an apartment I'd go back to!

The apartment is excellent, very comfortable and new. It has everything and more, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and TV in each, a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, very good Wi-Fi. The area is very quiet, you can leave the car on the street without problems. The best thing was the service from Pablo and his attentiveness...from welcoming us to saying goodbye...always attentive to our questions. We'll definitely be back!! Thank you for everything!!

Extremely comfortable and well equipped place. All equipment works as expected, wi-fi always on (not a single hiccup), air conditioner and fans working fine. Everything in working condition. Quite sizeable apartment, enough for two individuals perfectly fine. Very clean and well kept bathroom. Washing area functional. Balcony with an ample view of the surrounding streets and to stores. Host was also incredible. Very friendly reception, always willing to answer any questions even if they are completely unrelated to my stay. Had no issues with accommodate extra requests. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are planning a stay in the city. It is essentially near everywhere you'd want to go, just a few minutes walk from all parks, from the riverside, from the university, from downtown, everything is at a short walk. No regrets, would book again.

My stay was one of the best I've ever had. I went to rest and did so without any problems or hassles. I loved the apartment as a whole. I will definitely return to stay as long as it is available 😄 Ten out of ten CRISTHIAN is very friendly and attentive. Very pleasant to communicate with.
