Es una apartamento muy cómodo, elegante. La localización es espectacular para descansar, la zona de playa frente al edificio es tranquila. El Área de piscina es muy cómoda, buena piscina para entrenar y las instalaciones todas limpias.

The penthouse is even more incredible than the photos show - it’s so beautiful, modern and well furnished with all of the little touches that make it feel homey. We’ve been able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and we have panoramic views of the beach and the surf break at La Punta. Also to mention that the linen is high quality, and the mattresses are the comfiest I’ve slept on so far in 5 weeks in Ecuador. Thank you for hosting us Gracie!

El departamento de Bernhard es lindo, todo es como se muestra en las fotos, limpio, linda decoración e impecable. Bernhard fue muy proactivo para responderme ante cualquier inquietud. La piscina del edificio es impecable y el club de playa inmejorable. Seguro regresare con mi familia.

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

Descrito tal como era, muy limpio, amplio, muy bien conservado; Ceciliana fue extraordinaria, muy comunicativa y respondía cualquier inquietud de manera acertada y pronta, volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el mismo apartamento y la pasamos muy bien mis invitados y yo, lo recomiendo 100% una aérea tranquila y segura, muy atentos desde las personas que están en la resección gracias Ana Lucía y también a Tamara espero regresar en otra ocasión.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en esta propiedad! La casa es cómoda y bien equipada, y los alrededores son simplemente impresionantes. La única cosa que debes tener en cuenta es que el acceso puede ser un poco difícil, especialmente si tienes un vehículo bajo. Pero no te desanimes, porque la experiencia es increíble.

Fue una experiencia inolvidable, Gabriel y su asistente siempre atentos. Será nuestro destino favorito para relajarnos con la familia. No solo nos encantó las instalaciones sino también el mar, amamos su temperatura ideal para disfrutar al máximo. Y las puestas de sol ni se diga ... gracias gracias

Erika fue siempre muy amable. La casa es incluso mejor que en las fotos! Todo estaba súper limpio, los cuartos y baños muy cómodos. Además, la ubicación es perfecta, a pocos pasos de la playa.

La estadía fue muy acogedora y sobre todo la parte externa nos llenó de relajación. Desayunar al aire libre fue fenomenal. Por dentro la casa tiene todas las comodidades y tecnología. Está bien ubicada para estar ni solo en Olon sino poder visitar Montañita o Ayampe. Las respuestas de los host siempre fueron inmediatas.

Excelente. Volvería sin dudas.

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!
