It is a very comfortable, elegant apartment. The location is spectacular for resting, the beach area in front of the building is quiet. The pool area is very comfortable, a good pool for training and the facilities are all clean.

The penthouse is even more incredible than the photos show - it’s so beautiful, modern and well furnished with all of the little touches that make it feel homey. We’ve been able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and we have panoramic views of the beach and the surf break at La Punta. Also to mention that the linen is high quality, and the mattresses are the comfiest I’ve slept on so far in 5 weeks in Ecuador. Thank you for hosting us Gracie!

Bernhard's apartment is nice, everything is as shown in the photos, clean, nice decoration and impeccable. Bernhard was very proactive in responding to any concerns I had. The building's pool is impeccable and the beach club is unbeatable. I'm sure I'll be back with my family.

Everything it’s all right!!!

The stay at Silvia's place was very relaxing and quiet, which was something I was looking for. The swimming pool and beach access are a definite plus to staying here. A large modern shopping mall and grocery store are about a ten minute walk from the building. The building staff was very helpful with the check-in process, and the guards were friendly and were helpful in calling a taxi when needed. The apartment itself was clean and functional. Only one air conditioner in a bedroom did not seem to function, but the other two worked fine when needed. I informed Silvia of the air conditioner and she was responsive about checking on it. In fact the the air was not needed that often, just during the hottest part of the day. In the evening the fans kept the place cool with the terrace door open to the ocean breeze, and the sound of the surf made for pleasant sleeping at night.

This is the second time I've stayed at the The same apartment and my guests and I had a great time. I recommend it 100%. A quiet and safe area, very attentive from the people who are in the reception. Thanks Ana Lucia and also Tamara. I hope to return on another occasion.

We loved our stay at this property! The house is comfortable and well-equipped, and the surroundings are simply stunning. The only thing to keep in mind is that access can be a bit difficult, especially if you have a low vehicle. But don't be discouraged, because the experience is amazing.

Gabriel was very friendly. Always responded to my inquiries on time. The house guard Jonny was very helpful and his wife Zuley helped us with cooking. They both were amazing. The house is big and had everything as described. Me and my family had a great time in the pool especially.

Erika was always very friendly. The house is even better than the pictures! Everything was super clean, the rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Also, the location is perfect, short walk to the beach.

The stay was very welcoming and above all the outside area filled us with relaxation. Outdoor dining was phenomenal. Inside the house has all the comforts and technology. It is well located to be not only in Olon but to be able to visit Montañita or Ayampe. Host responses were always immediate.

We stayed with the whole family, the place is very nice and clean. Susana was always attentive to our arrival and flexible with the check-in time. My kids loved the place, it was very close to the beach.

I had a great experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very conveniently located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay much easier. The place is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying. Communication with the host was quick and cordial at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!
